Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 石炭ガス化ガス等に含有される微量成分ガスの
    サンプリング装置において、プローブノズル内の
    先端に温度制御手段を備えたダスト除去フイルタ
    ーと、後方に別の温度制御手段を備えたガス冷却
    管とを内蔵し、該プローブノズルの外側に均圧筒
    を配置し、該均圧筒の先端にサンプリング座等に
    固定するためのフランジを、後端にグランドボツ
    クスフランジを取り付け、該グランドボツクスフ
    ランジ内をプローブノズルが摺動可能に保持され
    、該均圧筒には昇圧用不活性ガス供給管を接続し
    、該プローブノズルの挿入若しくは引き出しのた
    めの駆動装置を付設し、該プローブノズルの後端
    をチユーブにより、減圧バルブ、ドレンポツト、
    ガス吸収瓶、流量計、及び、ガスメータの順に接
    続したことを特徴とする微量成分ガスのサンプリ
    ング装置。
