Renovated window frames and window frame renovation methods have traditionally included leaving the existing old window frame on the building frame and fitting a new window frame into the old window frame. Some windows are removed or removed and a new window frame is fitted and installed.

It has been actually implemented and achieved considerable results.

By the way, since the former conventional example uses the old window frame, it is inferior in reliability in ensuring the installation strength of the new window frame over a long period of time. It has been proposed in Publication No. 210275, etc.

However, in these latter conventional examples,
It is installed using the inserts inside the building frame.
Since the positions of the insert bars vary, when fitting a new window frame with anchor members on the outer periphery and fixing the anchor members to the insert bars, the positions of the insert bars may differ between indoor and outdoor directions. Coupled with the fact that the window frame has relatively poor shape retention, it is difficult to install it correctly.

In addition, the most serious problem with the latter conventional example is that when the reinforcing bars and the frame are made of reinforced concrete, when fixing the anchor member to the reinforcing bars via other members,
Since the individual reinforcing bars are fixed to each other, the installation strength is significantly low. Therefore, the outer periphery of the new window frame must be filled with mortar and concrete, which is a time-consuming and labor-intensive renovation method. Not only that, but it would be impractical to prevent the filling from flowing outside, and if the leaked fluidic filling adhered to the renovated window frame and hardened, there was a risk that the window could not even be opened or closed.

Further, as a conventional example of the latter, there is also a technique disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 58-83780.

This conventional technology involves exposing the fixtures of the existing frame to the remains of the existing frame, welding reinforcing bars to these fixtures, and then welding the connecting bars between the reinforcing bars and the fixtures (anchor members) set around the outer periphery of the new window frame. It is a technology that is connected by etc.

In this conventional technology, the reinforcing bars are welded to the fixtures of the existing frame, so the strength can be improved to some extent because the reinforcing bars are new members, compared to the method in which connecting bars are welded to the fixtures of the existing frame. can.

However, even when reinforcing bars are welded to the fixtures of the existing frame, the positioning of the reinforcing bars in the indoor and outdoor directions is insufficient, and the connecting bars are sometimes inclined in the indoor and outdoor directions, making it difficult to fit them. Due to the lack of standards for positioning new window frames indoors and outdoors, coupled with the relatively poor shape retention of new window frames, it continues to be difficult to install new window frames correctly.

Furthermore, even if reinforcing bars were welded to the fixtures of the existing frame, the strength would be insufficient, so it would have to be filled with concrete as described above, and in this respect, the technology is no different from the one described above. Ta.

In other words, a plurality of rods protruding into the window mounting recess are connected to each other with a base material to ensure rigidity, and this rigid base material and an anchor member attached to the outer periphery of the new window frame are attached to a horizontal plane in the indoor-outdoor direction. On the other hand, since the new window frame is connected and fixed via the mounting member on the vertical plane, the installation strength of the new window frame is sufficient, and there is no need to fill and harden mortar etc. in the gap between the frame side and the outer circumferential side of the new window frame as in the conventional case. There is no problem with opening or closing the windows due to mortar or other spills.

In addition, in the case of a renovated window frame, the bars on the frame side are connected to each other by a base material, and a positioning member protruding from the base material prevents the base material from moving indoors or outdoors. Using the base material, which has a rigid structure, as a mounting reference, we connected the anchor member on the outer periphery of the new window frame to the base material using the mounting member, resulting in a renovated window that has excellent wind resistance and earthquake resistance, and also accurately aligns the indoor and outdoor positions. It can provide a framework, which is of great benefit.
