Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a rush having a clear color at low cost, not causing change of color by impregnating dried reaped rush with a pigment resin solution prepared by blending a solution of the pigment in a solvent with a urethane resin and a water resistance enforcing agent. CONSTITUTION:Reaped rush, without being subjected to mud dyeing, is dried and impregnated with a solution of pigment resin prepared by dissolving the pigment in an acrylic solvent or vinyl acetate-based solvent, and adding a urethane resin and a water resistance enforcing agent (e.g. diamine-based compound) to the solution to give a rush having a clear color and not causing change of color. By the same way as the above-mentioned method, TATAMI facing (the surface mat of TATAMI in Japanese life) is dyed or sprayed to give clear TATAMI facing not causing dust pollution (since mud drying is not carried out). Old TATAMI can inexpensively be regenerated by the similar dyeing method.

(2) Conventional technology Traditionally, farmers cultivating rush grass have dyed the cut grass by soaking it in a tank containing a mud dye solution, and then drying it in the sun or using hot air. The straw is dried in a dryer to preserve its unique bluish color, wrapped in a plastic bag and stored in a warehouse, etc. The stored straw is taken out one by one and woven into tatami mats using a tatami facing weaving machine. It is something that In addition, for tatami manufacturers,
The company purchases tatami mats from farmers and dealers, manufactures and sells tatami mats.

In addition, new tatami mats with freshly woven tatami mats are pasted,
Within a few months after it is installed in the home, its color changes from blue to yellowish brown and loses its freshness, and its light resistance, durability, and water resistance are low. Even if the tatami mats are of excellent quality, the tatami mats will discolor after a few years and will have to be replaced.

The present invention was made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and its first purpose is to dry the cut grass grass without pouring dyeing it, dissolve the pigment, and at the same time use urethane resin and water-resistance reinforcing agent. By dyeing with a pigment resin solution containing added tatami mats, there is no dust pollution when weaving the tatami surface, and the colors are vivid. Discoloration can be suppressed as much as possible when sunburned, and the color remains the same even when used as coloring straw for flower shops. To provide a fixed-color rush that has clear color, does not cause dust pollution, discoloration, etc., and is inexpensive to produce.

In addition, the second purpose was to weave the tatami surface with dried straw grass without dyeing, and dye this tatami surface with a pigment resin solution in which pigments were dissolved and urethane resin and a water resistance enhancer were added. To provide a tatami mat with clear color, excellent light resistance, and durability without generating dust during handling and manufacturing of the tatami mat.

Furthermore, the third objective is to spray the pigment resin solution on the tatami mats of tatami mats that are currently in use and have discolored, and color them in the same color as new tatami mats, thereby making it possible to replace old tatami mats at low cost without having to replace the tatami mats. The goal is to provide a way to play.

It is heated and dried. The pigment attached to the rush is
It is firmly fixed with urethane resin and has excellent light resistance, durability, and water resistance, and the color remains clear and unchanging. When weaving tatami facings and hanaya using unchangeable straw grass colored in the desired color, since it is not poured, there is no floating dust, which improves the health of workers and provides high-quality products. becomes.

Next, in the unchanging color tatami facing of the second invention, after the tatami facing is woven with dry straw that is not dyed with mud, a pigment that develops a desired color is dissolved in a solvent, and a urethane resin and a water resistance strengthening agent are added. Dip the tatami surface into a resin solution or dye it.
Alternatively, it is sprayed onto the tatami mat surface and then heated and dried. Similarly, the pigment is fixed to the rush with urethane resin, and it is possible to obtain an unchanging tatami mat surface with excellent light resistance, durability, and water resistance, and vivid colors. Furthermore, in the method for recycling old tatami mats of the third invention, a pigment resin solution containing a pigment that develops a desired color is dissolved in a solvent and a urethane resin and a water resistance enhancer are added to the surface of the discolored tatami surface, and a pigment resin solution is sprayed on the surface of the discolored tatami mat surface. After that, by drying the old tatami mats, they can be regenerated at low cost into new tatami mats with the same vivid color as new ones and with excellent light resistance, durability, and water resistance.

As the pigment resin solution, a volume of any pigment such as a green pigment (chromium green, chromium oxide, etc.), a blue pigment (dark blue, ultramarine, etc.), a purple pigment (manganese cobalt), etc. is added to an acrylic solvent or a vinyl acetate solvent. Add about 20% of the mixture and mix and stir, then add about 5% of the volume of urethane resin to fix the pigment, about 3% of the volume of a diamine waterproofing agent as a water-resistance enhancer, and a small amount of fragrance, etc. It is added and mixed.

The prepared pigment resin solution is stored in a tank, and the dried straw grass is immersed in the pigment resin solution in the tank, then placed in a drying room, heated at a temperature of 130 to 150°C for 10 to 30 minutes, and dried. This is to obtain a rush that does not change color. Note that when a far-infrared ray radiator is used for drying, the drying time is shortened to 3 to 10 minutes.

Pigments dissolve smoothly in the acrylic solvents and vinyl acetate solvents, and the added urethane resin acts as a binder that firmly adheres the pigments to the surface of the rush, so there is no possibility of the pigments peeling off or discoloring. There's nothing to do. In addition, a waterproofing agent that acts as a water-resistance enhancer penetrates into the rush and strengthens its water resistance, and the pigment-based colors are more vivid than regular dyes, and since pigments are cheaper than dyes, dyeing costs are reduced. You can save money.
