てすり身を加熱するようにした板付き蒲鉾加熱装
置において、 前記搬送部材として、ベルトの外面に、搬送方
向に所定の間隔を置いて多数の凹部を形成してな
るベルトコンベアを用い、そのベルトの凹部内に
板付き蒲鉾を載置保持するようにしたことを特徴
