電極1を把握するように指示する制御装置とを備えるよ
うにしたものである。そして、第2図、第3図に示す実
施例に於ては、把握装置2.3の一方のみがワイヤ電極
1を把握した状態でワイヤ電極軸方向に移動することに
よりワイヤ電極を送出し得るように把握装置2はアッパ
ープレート42に固定し、把握装置3はアッパープレー
ト42に固定したサブプレート43の軸44にそって動
くことができるように支持し、スプリング45で支えて

ンを中心に開閉する一対の爪と、この爪を開閉するため
に前記爪とピンで係合し軸方向に移動することができる
ように支持したロッドと、このロッドに設けた磁極片と
、この磁極片を励磁して前記爪を開く開用励磁コイル、
同じく磁極片を励磁して爪を閉じ、且つ、閉じる力を調
整するために磁極片との間隔を変えて固定することがで
きる閉用励磁コイルと、この閉用励磁コイルと開用励磁
コイルと磁極片等を収容するケースと、前記ロッドに設
けたスプリングロッドと、このスプリングロッドの端部
に固定した固定部材と、この固定部材と前記ケースとの
