The present invention relates to a biaxially stretched styrenic resin composite sheet suitable for molding applications, and more specifically, it has improved organic solvent resistance, oil resistance, etc., and is suitable for molding containers for storing foods, etc. The present invention relates to a biaxially stretched styrenic resin composite sheet suitable for use as a raw material. Biaxially stretched styrene resin sheets are lightweight for food storage because they do not contain substances that are harmful to the human body, have excellent stiffness, and are easy to form. It is often used as a container. One of the packaging methods for this type of lightweight food container currently sold on the market is the overlapping method, in which the food container is overlapped with a stretch film. In this method, after storing food in a container such as a plate or lunch box,
Soft polyvinyl chloride, polyethylene, ethylene
A so-called stretch film made of vinyl acetate copolymer, polybutadiene, etc. is used to cover (overlap) the entire opening of the container, and the flange of the container is coated so that the upper covering surface of the stretch film is wrinkle-free and taut. The stretch film is pulled onto the bottom wall of the container, using the inflection point at This is a packaging method. In this method, if the slipperiness between the stretch film and the flange of the container is poor, wrinkles will remain on the upper covering surface of the stretch film, reducing the commercial value of the product wrapped using the overlap method.
There was a problem that it lowered the value. Made from biaxially stretched sheets of styrene resin,
This overlap method has been adopted as a coating method for containers formed into a desired shape by vacuum forming or pressure forming.
It had the disadvantage of poor slipperiness with stretch films. Containers made of biaxially oriented styrene resin sheets also have the disadvantage that they are susceptible to corrosion and breakage by liquid components, edible oils, and especially organic chemicals contained in the foods stored therein. In addition, when a flexible polyvinyl chloride film is used as a stretch film to cover containers containing food, the flange of the container can be damaged by plasticizers and other additives contained in the film in a short period of time. It had the disadvantage of being corroded, deteriorated, and easily cracked. Containers made of non-biaxially oriented high impact styrene resin (HIPS) sheets are used in some of the same applications as containers made of biaxially oriented styrenic resin sheets. However, this container has the disadvantage that it is opaque and makes it difficult to identify the items stored in the container, and as mentioned above, it contains liquid components contained in food, plasticizers and other additives contained in the soft polyvinyl chloride stretch film. It had the disadvantage that it deteriorated due to being corroded by objects and became easily broken. In order to improve the organic solvent resistance, oil resistance, etc. of biaxially oriented styrenic resins, thin films of polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamides, polyesters, etc., are made by extrusion lamination, coextrusion, so-called dry lamination, etc. Alternatively, a technique has been proposed in which the materials are laminated to form a composite sheet using a heating adhesion method or the like. However, even though the above-mentioned composite sheet laminated with oil-resistant films has improved oil resistance, it has a drawback in that it has poor sliding properties with the stretch film described above. A further serious drawback is that the skeleton produced when moldings are made from laminated sheets cannot be reused. For example, a container is formed using a biaxially oriented styrene resin sheet as a raw material using a pressure forming method, a vacuum forming method, etc., and the skeleton that remains after the container is punched out from the raw material sheet using a trimming device is the skeleton of the raw material sheet. It ranges from 20 to 50% of the total area. For this reason, it is important whether skeletons can be reused. The above polyethylene, polypropylene, polyamides, polyesters, etc. have poor compatibility with styrene resins, and have the disadvantage that the above composite sheet cannot be reused. Under such circumstances, the present inventors have discovered that stretch films have excellent transparency, excellent organic solvent resistance, oil resistance, etc., and do not deteriorate even when they come into contact with plasticizers in stretch films or vegetable oils in foods. As a result of intensive studies aimed at providing a biaxially stretched composite sheet for container molding, which has good sliding properties with the film and also allows the skeleton to be reused after punching out the molded product, This has led to the completion of the present invention. Therefore, the gist of the present invention is to provide a composite sheet in which a layer made of a vinyl aromatic resin is used as a base layer, and an oil-resistant resin layer is formed on at least one surface of the base layer. The layer is composed of a mixed composition in which 40 to 400 parts by weight of a vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene compound block copolymer resin is mixed with 100 parts by weight of a vinyl aromatic resin, and the composite sheet has an ASTM D
-1003, and biaxially stretched so that the orientation relaxation stress measured in accordance with ASTM D-1504 is in the range of 2 to 15 kg/ cm2 . It consists of a biaxially stretched composite sheet. The present invention will be explained in detail below. In the present invention, vinyl aromatic resins include general purpose polystyrene, copolymers of styrene containing 50% by weight or more of styrene and other copolymerizable monomers, and high-impact polystyrene (HIPS) containing a small amount of rubber component. ) etc. Monomers that can be used to copolymerize with styrene include α-methylstyrene, acrylic acid and esters thereof, methacrylic acid and esters thereof, maleic anhydride, and the like. Examples of the rubber component include polybutadiene, random copolymers and block copolymers of butadiene and other copolymerizable monomers containing 50% by weight or more of butadiene. Monomers that can be used to copolymerize with butadiene include:
Examples include styrene, α-methylstyrene, acrylic acid and esters thereof, methacrylic acid and esters thereof, acrylonitrile, methacrylonitrile, and the like. Other rubber components include polyisoprene, polychloroprene, terpolymer of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, and the like. A method for incorporating these rubber components into a styrene resin is a method in which a predetermined amount of the rubber component is dissolved in a styrene monomer or a monomer mixture containing styrene, and the monomer is polymerized. A method of melt-mixing a rubber component into a copolymer with a monomer of death,
Examples include methods for achieving a desired rubber component content.
The rubber component content may be selected within a range that satisfies the required transparency, taking into consideration the overall thickness and thickness structure of the biaxially stretched composite sheet. The biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention has a layer made of the above-mentioned vinyl aromatic resin as a base layer (hereinafter also referred to as "base sheet"), and at least one side of this base layer has a vinyl aromatic resin layer. An oil-resistant resin layer is formed of a mixture of a resin and a vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene compound block copolymer resin (referred to as "block resin"). When this oil-resistant resin layer is formed on only one side, the container is molded so that this layer becomes the inside of the container. In the present invention, a vinyl aromatic compound-conjugated diene compound block copolymer resin ("block resin") is a block copolymer resin composed of a unit consisting of a chain of vinyl aromatic compounds and a unit consisting of a chain of conjugated diene compounds. Refers to copolymer resin. The vinyl aromatic compound in the copolymer resin is 20 to 80
The conjugated diene compound is preferably in the range of 80 to 20% by weight, and has an MI of 1.0 to 5.0. Examples of the vinyl aromatic compound include styrene or α-methylstyrene, and examples of the conjugated diene compound include butadiene, isobrene or piperylene. The oil-resistant resin layer is composed of a mixture of the vinyl aromatic resin and the "block resin".
The mixing ratio of the two should be 40 to 400 parts by weight of the "block resin" per 100 parts by weight of the vinyl aromatic resin. If the amount of "block resin" is less than the above range, the oil resistance of the oil-resistant resin layer will not be sufficiently improved, which is not practical. On the other hand, if the amount of "block resin" exceeds the above range, if this resin layer is placed on the hot plate side when manufacturing a molded product from a composite sheet, it may stick to the hot plate and cause damage to the appearance of the molded product. Not only this, but when a long composite sheet is wound into a roll, the composite sheets stick to each other, and when the composite sheet is rewound, whitening and breakage of the sheet frequently occur, which is undesirable. In the above range,
It is particularly preferred that the amount of "block resin" be 80 to 300 parts by weight. In the biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention, the oil-resistant resin layer is formed from a resin composition in which fine particles are further added to the above-mentioned resin mixture. Therefore, the slipperiness with the stretch film can be improved. Specific examples of substances that can be added for the purpose of improving the above-mentioned slipperiness include rubber derived from the rubber component of high-impact polystyrene, and various fine powders. The amount of rubber derived from the rubber component of impact-resistant polystyrene is preferably 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the resin constituting the oil-resistant resin layer. When blending fine powder separately from the rubber component, the average particle size is 1.
It is preferable to mix 0.01 to 1.0 parts by weight of a fine powder of ~15 microns with respect to 100 parts by weight of the resin constituting the oil-resistant resin layer. When it is selected within the above range, the above object can be achieved while maintaining the transparency of the composite sheet within the desired range. Types of differential powder include inorganic substances such as calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, magnesium silicate, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, aluminum hydroxide, barium sulfate, talc, kaolin, and diatomaceous earth, as well as polyamides and acrylic ester resins. , epoxy resins, polyesters, urea, and other organic substances. In order to form an oil-resistant resin layer on at least one side of the base sheet, there are two methods: (a) a method of extruding the base sheet in a laminated state by a coextrusion method during extrusion and biaxially stretching the same, and (b) an extrusion molding method. A method of extruding two types of sheets separately, laminating them while both sheets are still at high temperature, and stretching them biaxially; (c) bonding the separately manufactured biaxially stretched sheets using an adhesive; However, the method is not limited to the method exemplified here. The thickness of the oil-resistant resin layer formed on at least one side of the base sheet is preferably in the range of 1/50 to 1/1.5 of the thickness 1 of the composite sheet after lamination. When the thickness of the oil-resistant resin layer is less than the above lower limit, the oil resistance of the composite sheet will be insufficient, and when it exceeds the above upper limit, the stiffness of the composite sheet will be poor, making it impossible to take advantage of the excellent rigidity of the base sheet. I don't like it because I can't do it. The oil-resistant resin layer formed on the surface of the base sheet is
Depending on the use of the composite sheet, one side or both sides,
Can be selected as appropriate. An example of manufacturing a composite sheet according to the present invention is shown below. First, a sheet is manufactured from a vinyl aromatic resin by a melt extrusion method, a calender molding method, or the like. After an oil-resistant resin layer is laminated on an unstretched sheet, it is biaxially stretched. For biaxial stretching, a generally known tenter method or inflation method may be employed. The biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention has a compound relaxation stress of 3 to 1 Kg/cm 2 , preferably 4, as measured in accordance with ASTM D-1504 of its base sheet (vinyl aromatic compound resin sheet). ~10Kg/
It is biaxially stretched to a range of cm 2 . When the orientation relaxation stress exceeds the above range,
It cannot be molded with a general molding machine, and only a so-called poorly defined molding can be obtained. Moreover, below the above range, the strength of the composite sheet will be poor, and damage to the composite sheet will occur when manufacturing the composite sheet or when manufacturing a molded product from the composite sheet, which is not preferable. The composite sheet according to the present invention has an oil-resistant resin layer formed on at least one side of the base sheet.
The orientation relaxation stress measured in accordance with D-1504 is 2
A cm 2 range of ~15 Kg/m 2 is preferable because the oil resistance of the oil-resistant resin layer can be effectively expressed. The biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention has the following characteristics and has extremely high industrial utility value. (1) The biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention is
It has good transparency and when used in a container,
Food stored in containers can be easily observed with the naked eye. (2) The biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention is
Since it has high rigidity and excellent strength, when it is formed into a container to store food, etc. and covered with a stretch film, the container will not deform. (3) When a container obtained from the biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention is used to store food or the like and is covered with a stretch film, the slipperiness at the contact surface between the container flange and the stretch film is low. A product with an excellent appearance can be obtained without leaving wrinkles on the coated surface of the container opening. (4) Furthermore, even when polyvinyl chloride film is used as the stretch film, it is less affected by additives blended into polyvinyl chloride, and there is no problem of the container breaking. (5) The biaxially stretched composite sheet according to the present invention is
Even if the skeleton remaining after container molding is blended with the vinyl aromatic resin for manufacturing the base sheet, the transparency of the base sheet will not be reduced because of their good mutual compatibility. Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples unless it exceeds the gist thereof. Example 1 General-use polystyrene (Mitsubishi Monsanto Chemical Co., Ltd.)
(trade name: Dialex HH-102) was melted in an extruder to prepare an unstretched sheet. On the other hand, 50 parts by weight of general-purpose polystyrene (trade name Dialex HH-102) and styrene-butadiene block copolymer resin ("block resin")
(manufactured by Asahi Kasei Corporation, product name Asaflex 810) 50
parts by weight were mixed using a ribbon blender and kneaded using an extruder to prepare a non-stretched sheet. The above two types of non-stretched sheets were overlapped and heat-pressed using a compression molding machine to form a laminated sheet. This laminated sheet was biaxially stretched using a desktop biaxial stretching machine. When the orientation relaxation stress of this product was measured (using a DN stress tester manufactured by Nichiko Kogyo Co., Ltd.), it was 7 Kg/cm 2 . The thickness of the resulting composite sheet was 230 microns for the polystyrene layer and 20 microns for the oil-resistant resin layer. The resulting composite sheet was tested for its "plasticizer resistance" and "salad oil resistance" using the following methods.
An evaluation test was conducted. A commercially available stretch film made of polyvinyl chloride (manufactured by Mitsubishi Plastics Co., Ltd., trade name: Dialap) was pressure-bonded to the oil-resistant resin layer of the composite sheet. The laminated sheet thus made is shaped into a cylinder with a diameter of 50 mm.
It was rolled up with the stretch film on the outside and left in an oven whose temperature was adjusted to 40°C. After a certain period of time, remove the composite film from the cylinder and measure the tensile strength of the composite film using JISK-
Measured in accordance with 6872. The result is "plasticizer resistance"
As shown in Table 1. Salad oil was applied to the oil-resistant resin layer of the composite sheet, and this composite sheet was rolled into a cylinder with a diameter of 50 mm with the side coated with salad oil on the outside, and placed in an oven at a temperature of 40°C. I left it there. After a certain period of time, remove the composite film from the cylinder and measure the tensile strength of the composite film using JISK-
Measured in accordance with 6872. The results are shown in Table 1 as "Salad oil resistance". Comparative Example 1 A commercially available biaxially oriented polystyrene sheet was subjected to an evaluation test for "stretch film resistance" in the same manner as in Example 1. The results are shown in Table 1.

HH-102) was used as a raw material, extruded into a sheet using an extruder, and biaxially stretched using a sequential stretching method. The thickness of the sheet was 230 microns and the orientation relaxation stress of this sheet was 7 Kg/cm 2 . On the other hand, 50 parts by weight of general-purpose polystyrene (trade name Dialex HH-102) and "block resin"
(trade name Asaflex 810) were mixed in a ribbon blender and kneaded in an extruder to prepare a non-stretched sheet. This unstretched sheet was stretched with a tabletop stretching machine, and the orientation relaxation stress was 3Kg/cm 2 and 7Kg/cm 2 .
Three types of 20 micron thick films were prepared: cm 2 and 0 Kg/cm 2 . The latter stretched film was bonded to the base biaxially stretched sheet using an acrylic adhesive (trade name: KR311, manufactured by Koyo Sangyo Co., Ltd.). In addition, the biaxially stretched sheet of the former base is made only of general purpose polystyrene and has an orientation relaxation stress of 7.
A biaxially stretched film having a weight of Kg/cm 2 and a thickness of 20 microns was prepared and laminated in the same manner as above (Comparative Example 6). The "stretch film resistance" of these composite sheets was measured by the method described in Example 2, and the "salad oil resistance" was measured according to this method. The results are shown in Table 4.

結果を、第5表に示す。[Table] From Table 4, it is clear that the orientation relaxation stress of the oil-resistant resin layer also affects the oil resistance of the composite sheet, and that general polystyrene does not improve the oil resistance of the composite sheet. Examples 13 and 14 In the example described in Example 1, 0.1 part by weight of talc with an average particle size of 3.8 microns was added to the resin composition for forming an oil-resistant resin layer per 100 parts by weight of the resin composition. 13) and 0.25 parts by weight (Example 14) were mixed and formed into a sheet, and a composite sheet was prepared in the same manner as in Example 1. The resulting composite sheet was tested for "stretch film resistance" and "stretch film resistance" in the same manner as described in Example 2.
``Sliding properties with stretch film'' were evaluated.
The results are shown in Table 5.
