【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は蒸煮米飯の自動充填シール装置によ
り、包装袋に蒸煮米飯を充填した場合、包装袋の
上端充填口内面、つまり包装袋のシール面に付着
した米粒を落下除去させてシール性の向上を図る
包装米飯シール面への米粒付着装置に関する。

なシールが行なえず、シール性の低下を招き、包
装米飯の早期腐敗や流通過程での漏れ落ち、破袋
などを生じやすいという問題があつた。

で把持アーム1A,1Aを作動して把持爪1a,
1aを若干近接方向に移動させ、かつ図示しない
充填口開放手段によつて包装袋3の上端充填口3

有効に振動させることになるから、もし、上端充
填口3Aの内面、つまり次のシール位置Dにおい
て熱融着されるシール面に米粒が付着していて
も、この米粒は前述の振動によつて確実にシール
面から包装袋3の内部に落下除去される。

ことができるので、次の熱シール位置において充
填口の対向内面のシール面同志を完全に密着させ
る状態での確実、強力なシールを行なうことがで
き、したがつて、シール性の著しい向上を図り、
包装米飯の早期腐敗や流通過程での漏れ落ち、破
袋などを防止することができる。
