要に応じて滴下させる。駆動モータ4を起動させ
ると、モータと直結した減速機4′により減速さ
れ、ゆえにトルク増加した駆動力は、プーリー2
およびベルト3を介して機構ユニツト7の主軸
7′へ伝達される。ここで清掃部材1,1′を保持
固定するドラム5は、主軸7′に対して偏心して
取り付けられているため、偏心している量だけド
ラム5は振り回わされる。振り回わされるドラム
5の外接円と同寸法の内径はユニツト7の内部
で、主軸7′に軸承している。ドラム5の全周に
