    たラツク体を設けて、前記ラツク体の後方には側
    方に引き出し自在とする補助ラツクを設けてなる
    厨房装置。 (2) ラツク体は後方側に高い載置棚を有し、手
    前側を低い載置棚とする側面略Ｚ字状のラツク体
    と、前記ラツク体の高い載置棚の下方に側方に引
    き出し自在とする補助ラツクより構成すると共に
    、収納キヤビネツトの扉裏面でかつ前記ラツク体
    の高い載置棚と相対する位置に物品載置棚を設け
    てなる請求項(1)記載の厨房装置。
