(Prior art) Recently, in the insulating varnish impregnation treatment of electrical equipment such as transformers, solvent-free insulating varnishes that take a short drying time and hardening time are being used instead of solvent-based insulating varnishes that take a long time to dry and harden. As a result, productivity is being improved.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, when impregnating a transformer with insulating varnish using such a solvent-free varnish,
Since so-called resin puddles where insulating varnish adheres and accumulates occur in undesirable areas, it is necessary to scrape off the cured resin puddles after drying and curing. Therefore, although the drying and curing time has been shortened, the scraping operation takes time, and the overall productivity of the varnish impregnation process has not been improved much.

Recently, especially in the varnish impregnation treatment of transformers with pins, with the development of various chuck jigs such as magnetic chucks and clip-on chucks, the pins can be impregnated with insulating varnish without the need for manual insulating varnish impregnation. It is possible to prevent varnish from adhering to the surface.

However, in this method, a resin pool is formed at the bottom of the core, which is an obstacle to automating the entire insulating varnish impregnation process and creating a line.

[Structure of the invention] (Means for solving the problem) That is, the resin reservoir cleaning device of the present invention is arranged between an insulating varnish impregnating device and a drying hardening device, contains a cleaning solvent, and has a cleaning device that can be raised and lowered. The solvent tank is provided with a plurality of cylindrical brushes arranged in parallel with their lower portions immersed in the solvent and with their axes horizontal, and a rotational drive mechanism that rotates each of the cylindrical brushes around their respective axes. It is a feature.

(Function) In the resin reservoir cleaning apparatus of the present invention, the cleaning solvent tank is repeatedly raised and lowered by the attached raising and lowering mechanism as the object to be treated moves.
The lower part of the cylindrical brush is immersed in the cleaning solvent in this tank, and the upper end of the cylindrical brush, which is rotated around a horizontally arranged axis, is brought into contact with the lower part of the object to be treated. Resin accumulation at the bottom of the object to be treated is removed by friction and the chemical cleaning power of the solvent contained in the cylindrical brush.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 is placed in the drip removal process between the insulating varnish impregnation tank and the drying and curing furnace (both not shown), and is freely raised and lowered by mechanical means such as a hydraulic mechanism. 1 shows a cleaning solvent tank configured as shown in FIG.

In such a cleaning solvent tank 1, a plurality of cylindrical brushes 3 are arranged side by side with their lower portions immersed in the cleaning solvent 2 and with their axes horizontal. Further, these cylindrical brushes 3 are connected to a motor 4 and configured to rotate at high speed around an axis. Furthermore, these cylindrical brushes 3
includes a reciprocating cylinder 5 that reciprocates the entire cylindrical brush 3 in the horizontal direction, and a vertical adjustment handle (not shown) that moves the cylindrical brush 3 up and down in the vertical direction to adjust the immersion depth in the cleaning solvent 2. are connected to each other.

In the resin reservoir cleaning apparatus of the embodiment configured as described above, when the impregnated transformer 6 first passes through the insulating varnish impregnation tank and reaches the upper part of the cleaning solvent tank 1, the cleaning solvent tank 1 is moved around the shaft. It is raised to a predetermined height by a lifting and lowering mechanism while still being equipped with a cylindrical brush 3 that rotates. At this time, the upper end of the cylindrical brush 3 rotates while rubbing the lower end of the core 7 of the transformer 6, and as the brush rotates, the cleaning solvent 2 pulled up from the liquid level at the bottom removes the resin pool at the bottom of the core 7. is washed away.

Therefore, the lower surface of the core 7 becomes smooth before being sent to the drying and curing furnace in the next step, and there is no need to perform finishing work such as scraping after drying and curing the insulating varnish.

In addition, according to the resin reservoir cleaning device of the embodiment, the continuous impregnation process can be performed without creating a resin reservoir, so the labeling and printing work, which was conventionally performed after the drying and curing process, can be performed during the insulating varnish impregnation process. This can be done beforehand, further increasing overall work efficiency.

[Effects of the invention] As is clear from the above explanation, the resin reservoir cleaning device of the present invention can completely clean and remove the resin reservoir in the continuous impregnation treatment process of insulating varnish, improving the efficiency of treatment work. It is possible to significantly improve productivity.
