3は、外枠2に開閉自在に軸支されていると共
に、外枠2の下部前面に固定される前面当て板1
aの上部に載置されるようになつている。 打球発射機構を構成する操作ハンドル5と打球
発射装置30との関係を第6図及び第7図を参照
して説明すると、第6図は、前面枠3と打球発射
装置30、下皿6、操作ハンドル5を有する操作
ハンドルカバー体9との関係を示す分解斜視図で
ある。図において、前面枠3の下方部には窓孔7
が開設され、前面枠3の裏面から該窓孔7を塞ぐ
ように打球発射装置30の取付基板31が取り付
けられている。そして、該窓孔7の空間部内に
は、後に詳述する基板前面側に突出する巻取リン
グ44、コイルスプリング46、駆動カバー4
7、駆動羽根58、第2伝達リング59(第7図
参照)等が位置する。なお、前面枠3に取付基板
31を取り付ける際には、取付基板31に突設さ
れた位置決めピン33a,33bを前面枠3に貫
設されたガイド穴8a,8bに挿通した後にビス
で固着すればきわめて正確に取り付けられるもの
である。一方、窓孔7の前方は、その前面側に遊
技者が操作できる操作ハンドル5が突設された操
作ハンドルカバー体9によつて覆われている。操
作ハンドルカバー体9は、取付ネジ棒10a〜1
0cを前面枠3に貫設された取付穴11a〜11
c及び取付基板31の貫通孔37a〜37c(第
7図参照)に挿入し、その後、図示しない螺着部
材(例えば、ナツト)で螺着されることによつて
前面枠3に固定される。なお、図示の実施例にお
いては、位置決めピン33a,33bがガイド穴
8a,8bから突出するほど長く形成されている
が、これを短く形成して構成しても良い。第6図
において、操作ハンドルカバー体9の左側には、
下皿6や灰皿を形成した皿枠体12が装飾カバー
体13とともに前面枠3に固定されている。すな
わち、皿枠体12には、取付ネジ棒14a〜14
cが突設され、これが装飾カバー体13の貫通孔
15a〜15cを貫通して、更に、前面枠3に貫
設された取付穴16a〜16cを貫通して螺着さ
れることにより皿枠体12及び装飾カバー体13
が前面枠3に固定されるものである。なお、下皿
6に対応する位置には、装飾カバー体13に開口
17aが、前面枠3には、賞球出口17bがそれ
ぞれ形成され、賞球を下皿6に導くようになつて
いる。また前面枠3の左側裏面には各種の効果音
を発するスピーカー18が取り付けられており、
音が前方に伝わるように装飾カバー体13及び前
面枠3に逃し穴19a,19bがそれぞれ形成さ
れている。 第7図は、打球発射機構を構成する操作ハンド
ルカバー体9と打球発射装置30との関係を示す
斜視図である。操作ハンドルカバー体9には、前
記したように、その前面側に遊技者が回動操作す
る操作ハンドル5が突設され、その後面側には、
凹状の空室21が形成されている。この空室21
には、操作ハンドル5の回動動作を伝達する力伝
達機構としてのプーリ22、索条23、及び第1
の伝達リング20が配置されている。この第1伝
達リング20には、係合凹凸部20aが形成さ
れ、この係合凹凸部20aと取付基板31に設け
られた後述する第2伝達リング59の係合凹凸部
59bとが係合して操作ハンドル5の回転を打球
発射装置30側に伝達し、巻取リング44を回転
せしめて弾発力を調節するようになつている。ま
た、操作ハンドルカバー体9と前記取付基板31
とが前面枠3の窓孔7を挟持するように取り付け
られた場合に、窓孔7の空間部と空室21とによ
つて作用空間24(第6図参照)が形成される。
なお、操作ハンドルカバー体9には、位置決めボ
ス25a,25bが形成されており、これを前面
枠3の図示しないガイド穴に挿入することによ
り、操作ハンドルカバー体9の前面枠3への取付
が容易に行われるようになつている。 次に、打球発射装置30の詳細を第1図ないし
第4図に基づいて説明すると、第1図は、打球発
射装置30を後面側から見た斜視図、第2図は、
打球発射装置30を前面側から見た斜視図、第3
図は、打球発射装置30の前面側から見た分解斜
視図、第4図は、打球発射装置30の断面図であ

A部分を表わす。図において(特に第3図を中心
にして説明する)、略正方形状の取付基板31の
前記前面枠3の裏面に当接する面側(以下基板前
面側といい、その反対側を基板後面側という)に
軸受筒32及び対角線上に位置決めピン33a,
33bが形成されるとともに、取付基板31自体
には、大円孔34、円弧穴35、取付穴36、貫
通孔37a〜37c及び多数のビス穴が貫設され
ている。軸受筒32内の両端には、軸受としての
2個のベアリング41a,41bがカラー42を
介して圧入されている。ベアリング41a,41
bの内径には、円柱状のハンドル軸40が基板後
面側から嵌入され、該ハンドル軸40は、その一
端側に形成されたフランジ部40aと、その他端
部に形成された角状のネジ部40bに螺着される
2個のナツト43a,43bとによつてベアリン
グ41a,41b及びカラー42を挟持して回転
自在に軸支される。ハンドル軸40のフランジ部
40aの更に外側には、角状のネジ部40cと円
形のネジ部40dが形成されている。また、ネジ
部40bの端面には、止めネジ穴40eが形成さ
れている。軸受筒32の外周には、弾発用付勢バ
ネとしてのコイルスプリング46が貫挿されると
ともに、その基部には、巻取リング44が回転自
在に遊嵌される。巻取リング44は、その外周縁
に索条61の一端を係止するとともに、該索条6
1を嵌める案内溝44aが形成され、また、その
フランジ部に前記コイルスプリング46の一端4
6aを係止する打球力調節溝44bが複数形成さ
れる。更に、コイルスプリング46の一端46a
が打球力調節溝44bに嵌入係止された後に、そ
の係止状態を保持するバネ性の固定スプリング4

一方、コイルスプリング46の他端46bは、樹
脂製の駆動カバー47に穿設された係止穴47b
に挿入固定される。駆動カバー47の中心には、
角状の取着穴47aが貫設されており、この取着
穴47aに前記ハンドル軸40の角状のネジ部4
0bが挿通されてビス49で前記止めネジ穴40
eに螺着されることによつて、駆動カバー47が
ハンドル軸40に固定される。更に、駆動カバー
47には、駆動レバー48が一体的に成形されて
おり、駆動レバー48の先端に回転ローラ48a
が取付基板31に対向して回転自在に取着されて
いる。一方、ハンドル軸40の基板後面側に突出
するネジ部40cには、該ネジ部40cの長さよ
りも若干厚い肉厚を有する打球杆50の基部に穿
設された取着孔50aが嵌入され、ワツシヤー5
3及びナツト54で前記ネジ部40dを螺着して
打球杆50をハンドル軸50に固定している。従
つて、この打球杆50と前記駆動カバー47及び
駆動レバー48とは、ハンドル軸40を中心にし
て一体的に回動するハンドル軸系部材を構成する
ものである。また、打球杆50には、その先端に
直接パチンコ玉を弾発する槌先バネ51が、その
略中央側面には、パチンコ玉を発射位置に送る玉
送りレバーと係合する連係レバー52がそれぞれ
固着されている。なお、打球杆50を係止せしめ
る上部係止ゴム55及び下部係止ゴム56がそれ
ぞれ取付基板31の基板後面側に取付位置調整可
能なゴム止着板55a,56aを介して固定され
ている。 前記軸受筒32の図示右方に形成された前記大
円孔34には、駆動モーター57が基板後面側か
ら臨設固定され、該駆動モーター57の回転駆動
軸に固着された駆動羽根58を大円孔34から挿
通して基板前面側に突出し、該羽根58と前記駆
動レバー48の回転ローラ48aとが駆動モータ
57の回転により係脱自在となつて駆動レバー4
8を一定角度間で揺動せしめる。 大円孔34の上方に位置する取付孔36には、
前記操作ハンドル5の回動操作により回転する第
2伝達リング59がビス60によつて回転自在に
軸着されている。この第2伝達リング59は、外
周縁に前記索条61の他端を係止するとともに、
該索条61を嵌める半円形の案内溝部59aが形
成され、更にその前面側に係合凹凸部59bが形
成されている。また、第2伝達リング59は、常
には反時計方向に付勢されて係止突起62で係止
されている。 索条61は、その一端を巻取リング44に係止
され、その他端を第2伝達リング59に係止され
ているが、更に、その略中間位置で前記円弧穴3
5に臨んでいる位置調節可能な案内部材としての
回転ローラ63によつて案内されている。案内部
材としての回転ローラ63は、打球力調節装置A
の一部を構成する。この打球力調節装置Aは、前
記位置決めピン33bの基板後面側に延長されて
いる支点軸ピン64に遊嵌される調整部材65
と、取付基板31にビスで固定される円筒状の固
定部材68と、該固定部材68内で支点軸ピン6

材としてのコイルスプリング76とから構成され
ている。調整部材65には、その一端に取付ピン
66が固着され、該ピン66が前記円弧穴35に
挿通されて案内部材としての回転ローラ63を基
板前面側で回転自在に軸支している。また、取付
ピン66と反対側には、支点軸ピン64が貫通さ
れる貫通孔65aを挟んで2個の係合ピン67
a,67bが突設されている。固定部材68は、
円筒状の固定部材本体68aとドーナツツ状の蓋
板68bとからなり、円筒状の固定部材本体68
aには、その底縁に取付片69a,69bが一体
的に形成されて、この取付片69a,69b間の
空間内で調整部材65が所定角度回転自在となつ
ている。そして、この取付片69a、69bの内
周より内側に突出した部分には、係合部としての
歯形溝70が刻設されている。一方、固定部材本

ン64が挿通される回転部材本体73aの円柱軸
部の外周には、付勢部材としてのコイルスプリン
グ76が前記蓋板68bと回転部材本体73aの
円筒板頂部とで挟持されるように介挿され、常に
回転部材73が下方へ押圧されて相互の歯形溝7
0と74とが係合するように付勢している。一
方、回転部材本体73aの円柱軸部の先端は、蓋
板68bより外側に突出して操作ツマミ73bが
一体的に固着される。従つて、このように構成さ
れた回転ローラ63の打球力調節装置Aは、操作
ツマミ73bを第4図bに示す矢印方向に引くこ
とによつて回転部材本体73aの歯形溝74と固
定部材本体68aの歯形溝70との係合状態が解
除されて回転部材73が回転し得る状態となつて
いる。そして、この時調整部材65の係合ピン6
7a,67bが依然として回転部材本体73aの
挿入孔75a,75b内に挿入した状態となつて
いるので、操作ツマミ73bを回転すると調整部
材65も同時に回転し、回転ローラ63の位置を
換えることができる。そして位置を調節した後
に、操作ツマミ73bを引くのを止めて離すこと
によつて、再び歯形溝70と歯形溝74とがコイ
ルスプリング76の付勢力によつて係合状態とな

出している操作ツマミ73bを引いて所望角度だ
け回転せしめて、第8図に示されるように案内部
材としての回転ローラ63の位置を上下方向に移
動することによつて索条61を介してコイルスプ
リング46の張力を変化せしめることができる。
また、第9図の態様における打球力調節装置Aに
おいては、bに示すように、操作ツマミ73bを
押圧して所望角度だけ回転せしめることによつ
て、案内部材としての回転ローラ63の位置を移
動できる。なお、図示の実施例では、打球力調節
装置Aの全体が取付基板31の後面側に配置され
たものが示されているが、取付基板31の後面側
には、操作部としての操作ツマミ73bだけが少
なくとも臨んでいればよい。 以上、説明したように、この実施例において
は、打球発射装置30を構成する各部品が集約し
て設けられる取付基板31の軸受筒32に打球杆
50に付勢力を付与するコイルスプリング46が
貫挿されるので、長尺状の付勢ばねが取り付けら
れる取付基板よりも小さな取付基板31を用意す
れば良く、前面枠3への取付スペースを更に小さ
くすることができる。また、前面枠3の裏面から
取付基板31を作用空間24に臨ませるように取
り付け、一方、前面枠3の前面から操作ハンドル
カバー体9を作用空間24に臨ませるように取り
付けるだけで、第1伝達リング20の係合凹凸部
20aと第2伝達リング59の係合凹凸部59b

確実に伝達されて弾発力の調節を行うことがで

打球力調節装置Aの操作ツマミ73bが取付基板
31の後面側に設けられるため、前面枠3の裏面
から簡単に調節することができる。
