(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 打球発射操作ハンドル装置に形成したタ
ッチ板を素手で触れながら操作ハンドルを回動すること
により起動する駆動モーターと、該駆動モーターに連結
したカムを介して作動する打球杆と、付勢力に抗して該
打球杆が打球発射方向に作動するように取り付けられる
弾性部材と、該付勢力により打球杆が打球発射方向に作
動することを適宜位置で停止するために設けられるスト
ッパー部材等とからなり、前記操作ハンドルの回動操作
の度合で弾性部材の付勢力の強弱が制御されることによ
り、遊技球を遊技盤の任意の遊技領域に発射することが
できるようにしたパチンコ遊技機の打球発射装置用の取
付台板であって、該打球発射装置を構成する各種部品を
取り付けるための各取付部がマグネシュウム合金で一体
に射出成形されており、その形態については、前記打球
杆を回動自在に支承するための一部が板面からボス状に
突出する短筒形状のベアリングハウスを前記マグネシュ
ウム合金で射出成形により一体に成形すると共に、一対
のベアリング収納部材を該ベアリングハウス前面と後面
から取り付けたときに該ベアリング収納部材の両方がベ
アリングハウス内部で接することを回避するための環状
突部をベアリングハウスの内周中間領域に一体に成形
し、さらに、調整ケースと一体に形成した略凹状の係合
部に一部を嵌合して摺動しながら装着するための切欠部
と、駆動モーターを前面に正確に取り付けるための取付
ガイド突部と、駆動モーターの回転軸を後面に臨ませる
ために設けた略円形状の開口部と、ダイヤルカム収納ケ
ース内部に設けられる電気的配線中継部からの配線を前
面側に導出するための配線開口部とそれぞれ一体に成形
したことを特徴とするパチンコ遊技機の打球発射装置用
の取付台板。
