２ａを経て印加されるパルスカウンタ２と、この
パルスカウンタ２のセツト端子２ｂにクロツクパ
ルスを供給印加するクロツクパルス発生器３と、
前記脈拍信号の消滅によりパルスカウンタ２がリ
セツトされなくなつた時に生じるパルスカウンタ
２の出力信号により始動するアラーム音発生器４
