した身は水と共に溢流樋6に流入し同樋6内を移
動する間に身内の砂が水中に排出される。排出さ
れた砂は同樋6の底面8に沿つて移動し砂沈降ホ
ツパー9内に沈下堆積するから砂排出弁10を開
いてこれを下方に排出する。そして身は同樋6の
終端部において水切スクリーン7によつて水が切
られ製品として取卸される。

る。この装置2の始端部に設けた投入ホツパー1
4の直上にベルトコンベヤ15の終端部を配置
し、同ベルトコンベヤ15の始端部上方には往復
摺動フイーダー16を介して生貝供給ホツパー1
7が設けられ生貝供給装置3を形成し、生貝を連
続的に上記蒸煮コンベヤ装置2に供給する。この
コンベヤ装置2の終端部に形成された蒸煮貝排出
口2″の直下には第1図、第2図に示すように振
動篩18による身、殻強制撹拌篩機4が設けられ
る。又同篩機4は第7図、第8図に示すようにス
トローク10cm、毎分往復摺動数180回に設計され
た往復摺動篩(まんごく)19の外周にフード2
0を設け、フード20内に摺動方向と直交する数
個の縦板21を設けてなり、蒸煮貝を篩19の上
でかつフード20内で往復摺動によつて撹拌しそ
れによつて身と殻は分離し、分離して小さくなつ
た身と殻は同篩19を通過する。第1図では小さ
い身の大部分が篩下となり篩上の殻は搬出コンベ
ヤ22,23によつて排出され篩下の身及び殻は
水樋24内に入り、水樋24は身、殻連続水選別

入又は投入され水面から上記殻搬出コンベヤ25
に至る水中において身は浮上し殻は沈降して殻は
同コンベヤ25から機外に搬出され、浮上した身
は溢流樋6内に溢流水と共に進入し同樋6の終端
部に向つて移動する。この溢流樋6の中程には底
面8に砂沈降ホツパー9,9を複数個設け、同ホ
ツパー9,9の排出口に砂排出弁10を設けてな
るものである。尚図中26で示すものは上記水選
別装置の回転撹拌羽根、第2図中27は振動機、
第7図中28はクランク装置、29はクランクロ
ツドである。
