DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an embroidery machine used for sewing cylindrical objects such as hats and sleeves of shirts, that is, sewing pictures and patterns onto cloth using colored threads.

The fabric was layered on a ring-shaped tension frame (10 cm), and a ring-shaped core with a slightly smaller diameter was placed on top of it, and the fabric was held between the inner surface of the tension frame and the outer surface of the core, and the fabric was pulled. Thereafter, by connecting a connecting portion provided on a part of the tension frame to a drive attachment, the tension frame is moved back and forth and left and right on a plane to embroider the cloth surface. However, the above-mentioned tension frame had a major drawback in that it could not be used for hats with eaves.

Therefore, in order to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, we have developed an embroidery needle that can move up and down, a bed that is equipped with a hook at a position opposite to the needle, and a hook between the needle and the bed when the needle is in the raised position. The outer surface of the curved fabric upholstery frame is formed into a semicylindrical curved surface and is attached to the front surface of the hat. By having a through-hole for embroidery that has a larger area than the embroidered picture or pattern, the inner surface of the cylindrical object can be placed against the curved frame and embroidered over a wide area even in that state. I tried to provide an embroidery sewing machine that was made like this.

However, when embroidering a hat by placing it on the curved fabric upholstery frame, the periphery of the part of the hat to be embroidered is supported by the curved surface of the edge of the embroidery hole, but the embroidery hole in the curved fabric upholstery frame is Due to its large size, the center front of the hat is not supported. Therefore, because there is no support at the center of the front of this hat, and because hats are generally made of stiff cloth, they flex up and down as the needle moves up and down. If this deflection is large, the embroidered picture or pattern will be disturbed, causing a problem that will lead to a decrease in quality.

Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve the above problem, the front inner surface of the hat is in contact with the curved surface around the embroidery hole on the base side of the embroidery hole, and the hat is With the hat attached to the curved fabric upholstery frame with the eaves standing up, the eaves of the hat can be pulled down and a fabric presser for the eaves is provided to fix the eaves in that state, so that the eaves can be pulled down. This utilizes the tension in the center of the hat that occurs when it is folded down, thereby reducing the deflection of the center of the front of the hat.

As described above, the present invention includes a bed provided with a hook, an embroidery needle that can freely move up and down toward the hook, and a connection between the needle and the bed when the needle is in the raised position. The curved fabric upholstery frame has a curved fabric upholstery frame disposed between the pot so as to be rotatable left and right with the lower position of the hook as the center of rotation, and to be freely movable forward and backward. The outer circumferential surface of the hat is formed into a semicylindrical curved surface, and the curved surface has an embroidery hole with a larger area than the embroidery attached to the front of the hat, and the embroidery hole is located closer to the base than the embroidery hole. To do this, place the front inner surface of the hat in contact with the curved surface around the embroidery hole, raise the eave of the hat, and attach the hat to the curved fabric upholstery frame. Since it is equipped with a cloth presser for the eaves to fix the eaves by pulling down the eaves, when the eaves 21a is pulled down while the hat 21 is attached to the curved fabric upholstery frame 9, the front of the hat will be pulled down. By fixing the cap with a presser foot even when it is in a tensioned state, there is an advantage that tension can be maintained in the central part of the embroidered part 21b on the front side of the hat even if the embroidery hole is large. This has the effect of accurately maintaining the tensile state of the front central portion of the cap 21 and allowing beautiful embroidery to be done there.
