<Prior art and problems> Fences for sloped areas are designed by measuring in advance according to the topographical angle of the installation location, and the upper and lower edges and lattice, which are the components of the fence, are welded at the designed angle. They are manufactured, transported to the site, and installed, but in this case, in addition to the hassle of going to the site and taking measurements, the bulky fence must be transported as is. On the other hand, a fence has been proposed that is manufactured using a structure in which the angle between the upper and lower rims and the lattice is variable, and is assembled and installed on site while adjusting the angle. Since and each grid are pivotally connected,
This joint part requires a special structure, and during installation, it is necessary to tighten and fix the rim and each grid individually with bolts and nuts, and in addition, to prevent the above joint parts from being exposed to the outside. It is necessary to cover the part with a separate material (for reasons such as aesthetically undesirable reasons), which inevitably results in an expensive fence.

<Means for solving the problem> The present invention relates to the latter of the above, and proposes a further improved fence, in which the rim and each lattice are connected by a simple structure that does not require any special structure. The mounting angle of the frame can be relatively changed freely, and even during installation, it is possible to omit part of the work of tightening and fixing the frame and each grid individually with bolts and nuts, etc. It is possible to prevent the exposed part of the pivot joint with the lattice to the outside without covering it with a separate member. The lattice is to be sandwiched between the upright tip of the channel member and one surface of the flat plate at intervals above and below the lattice, and at the sandwiching position, the rim and the lattice are all pivoted. A part of the pivot connection is made by bolts and nuts that pass through all of the grooved material, the flat plate material, and the lattice, and the remaining pivot connection passes through the lattice. The bent portion of the U-shaped round bar is constructed by being inserted through the perforation of the flat plate material, and this is a means for solving the problem.

The upper and lower rims 1 and each lattice 2 are pivotally connected at their intersecting positions, and are adjusted according to the topographical angle of the slope and installed via supports 3 and fittings 31. The rim 1 is made up of a grooved material 11 and a flat plate 12, and the lattice is spaced between the upright tips 11a, 11b of the grooved material 11 and one surface of the flat plate 12 above and below the lattice 2 at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction. Holding 2,
In addition, at these clamping positions (in the embodiment, 2 positions for each grid and 14 positions for each rim), the flange 1 and the lattice 2 are pivotally connected. In this case, perforations are provided only at the required positions of the grooved material 11 with respect to the lattice 2, and perforations are provided at all the relevant positions of the flat material 12 with respect to the lattice 2, and the above-mentioned groove A round head bolt 5 connects the grid 2 and the flat plate 12 to the hole in the profile 11.
The rest of the lattice 2 is held so as to be pivotally connected to the hole in the flat plate 12 via the bent part 41 of the U-shaped round bar 4. After adjustment is made according to the terrain angle, the nut 5' of the round head bolt 5 is sufficiently tightened and fixed.

When installing the above fence, use the mounting bracket 3.
1 are fixed at fixed intervals (according to the length of the upper and lower rims 1), and after temporarily assembling the fence parts by laying them down, the angle between the rim 1 and the lattice 2 is adjusted. The installation is performed while making adjustments, and an example of this procedure is as follows: (1) Lay two groove-shaped members 11 side by side with the upright ends 11a and 11b facing upward. In this case, a round head bolt 5 is inserted with a collar 51 in each hole (in the exemplary embodiment, four round head bolts 5 are inserted into each groove 11).

(2) The lattice 2 is placed perpendicularly to the grooved material 11 on the grooved material 1.
It is placed across the standing tip portions 11a and 11b of No.1. In this case, the round-head bolt 5 is inserted into the hole in the grid 2, and the bent part 4 of the round bar 4 is inserted into the hole in the grid 2.

(3) A round head bolt 5 is inserted into each hole of the flat plate 12 perpendicularly to the grid 2 on each grid 2 that extends above.
Alternatively, the bent part 41 of the round bar 4 is inserted and placed, and the nut 5' of the round head bolt 5 is loosely tightened for temporary fixation.

In the tentatively assembled fence part, the holes at both ends of the upper and lower edges are fixed to the mounting brackets 31 of the pillars 3 with mounting bolts 32. In this case, the upper and lower edges 1 and each grid 2 are Since they are pivotally connected, the installation angle of both can be relatively freely changed, and the installation is adjusted according to the difference in height of each pillar 3, and the nuts 5' of each round head bolt 5 are tightened. This completes the installation.

The thickness of the collar 51 is slightly smaller than the width of the upright part of the groove-shaped member 11, so when tightening the collar 51, the upright tips 11a and 11b are inserted into the grid 2 and held between it and the flat plate member 12. This results in more secure fixation.

The slope fence shown in the above example is as follows:
The pivot joints by the round head bolts 5 are arranged every two pieces of the lattice 2, but depending on the material and strength of the rim 1, it may be made every four pieces.
1 achieves the same effect even if a separate material is made upright and welded to the round bar 4.

<Effects of the invention> Since the fence for sloped land of the present invention is made up of a frame and a lattice that are all pivotally connected, it can be adjusted freely according to the shape of the slope, and groove-shaped materials are used for the frame. As a result, when bolts are tightened to hold the grid between the grooved material and the flat plate material during installation, the upright ends of the bolts are firmly fixed as if they are embedded in the grid, making it possible to secure most of the bolts between the rim and each grid. (in the embodiment, 10 out of 14 locations on each body rim were omitted), and the majority of the pivot joints are only on the flat plate side, and the pivots to the grooved section are omitted. The external exposure of the support joint part can be prevented as much as possible,
This eliminates the conventional need to cover the pivot portion with a separate member, and has excellent effects such as being able to run an information transmission cable inside the groove-shaped member.
