Claims (1)
- 空気通路にバタフライバルブを開閉可能に配設
し、該バタフライバルブから該空気通路外に伸び
るシヤフトに突出リンク部を設け、該突出リンク
部に対し互に対向する位置に２つの圧電アクチユ
エータを配設し、夫々の圧電アクチユエータに電
圧を印加することにより発生する力の差によつて
、前記突出リンク部及びシヤフトを介しバタフラ
イバルブを開閉することを特徴とする流量制御弁
。
