ナツト4を固着し、外周に雄ねじ5が設けられ内
部に側面が開口する凹所6が設けられた固定具7
の凹所6内に温度検出用センサー8のサーミスタ
ー9を挿入すると共に凹所6内に充填された樹脂
10にてサーミスター9を凹所6内に埋設し、こ
の固定具7の雄ねじ5を上記ナツト4の雌ねじ3
に螺合して固定具7を風呂ヒーター2に取り付け
て成るもので、風呂ヒーター2にナツト4を溶接
などで固着しておき、このナツト4に温度検出用
センサー8が取り付けられた固定具7をねじ込み
により取り付けることによつて上記目的を達成し
たものである。

第3図に示すように固定具7の外周には雄ねじ5
が形成され、また固定具7には一方がわ側面が開
口する凹所6が設けられている。温度検出用セン
サー8は第2図に示すように、塩化ビニル樹脂被
覆コード17の一端部にサーミスター9を取り付
けると共にコード17の他端部にスリーブ端子1
8を取り付けて形成され、サーミスター9の周囲
には浸漬により被覆された樹脂の皮膜20が形成
されている。そして、このサーミスター9は上記
固定具7の凹所6内に挿入されてエポキシ樹脂等
の封止用樹脂10が凹所6内に充填されて密封さ
れている。また、固定具7の凹所6の内面には凹
溝19が形成されていて、凹所6内にサーミスタ
ー9及び樹脂10を充填した際に、樹脂10が凹
溝19内にも入り込んで硬化するために、サーミ
スター9と固定具7との取付強度を高めることが
できてコード17が引つ張られても外れないよう
にすることができると共に、温度検出用センサー
8部分と固定具7の内面とを水密化して水の浸入
を防ぐことができるようになつている。

合するだけで温度検出用センサーを風呂ヒーター
に取り付けることができるものであり、取り付け
が簡単且つ確実に行える利点がある。しかも、固
定具とナツトとの接合はねじ構造のため接合、密
着度は高く、温度検出が安定し、ばらつきも少な
いものである。
