    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 開口周縁の水平縁部先端に垂下片を有する容器
    本体と蓋体とよりなり、該蓋体は容器本体の開口
    上部に冠着させた場合に前記水平縁部を遮蔽し得
    るスカート部を少くとも相対向する外周縁に有す
    ると共に該スカート部の適所には適宜間隔に複数
    個の切込みを設け、両側に切込みを有するバネ部
    を形成させ、かつ該バネ部と容器本体の水平縁部
    上面との間に間隙を設け、該バネ部に連らなるス
    カート部の下端には容器本体の水平縁部に連らな
    る垂下片の下端を係止し得る鍵状部をヒンジ部を
    介して設けたことを特徴とする蓋付容器。
