Abstract

PURPOSE:To extremely simply obtain a sludge treating agent capable of treating dirt containing water and having an offensive smell, cleanly and completely without leaving an offensive smell, by making a water absorbing polymer and a powdery or granular inorganic porous material coexist. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. inorganic porous material (e.g. natural zeolite, synthetic zeolite or activated clay) having 10-100 meshes, preferably 20-65 meshes particle diameter is simply blended with (B) 1-50pts.wt., preferably >=about 20pts.wt. powdery or granular water absorbing polymer preferably having high water absorption rate, not having greasiness on the surface after absorbing water and becoming into a gelatinized state or the component B is stuck to the component A or the component A is coated with the component B to give a sludge treating agent. The agent is optionally mixed with a deodorant, an active silicone, an aroma, etc.

In restaurants and banquet halls, drunken customers often vomit and scatter their filth, making the interiors of taxis and train stations extremely dirty. Such filth from vomit not only pollutes the area, but also has a terrible odor, which is extremely annoying to others. Conventionally, in order to dispose of such filth caused by vomiting, for example on the premises of a station, on the street, or even on the floor even indoors, the filth was sprinkled with sawdust, sand, etc., and then washed with a broom. However, it is difficult to remove the bad odor. Also, as mentioned above, even when sweeping with a broom, wet sawdust, sand, and filth adhere to the surrounding floor and dirt, making it difficult to remove easily. There must be. However, if sawdust is sprinkled inside a taxi or in a banquet hall, etc., the filth and damp sawdust will mix together, making it difficult to dispose of, and it is even more difficult to flush water in such places. Because it cannot be done, the only thing you can do is wipe it with a rag or newspaper, etc., and it is quite difficult to completely remove the dirt, much less remove the bad odor. In such cases, it will cause a major hindrance to subsequent business operations.

As described above, cleaning up after vomiting has traditionally been extremely troublesome. Furthermore, in addition to the filth caused by vomiting, spilled alcohol or drinking water, untidy beds, and the urination of infants can also cause filth to be disposed of with water and bad odors. The treatment is very troublesome and time-consuming, and it is difficult to completely remove these filth and the odor associated with it.

The water-absorbing polymer may be a general water-absorbing polymer that is in the form of powder or granules and has the property of expanding by absorbing water and solidifying into a gel-like state, but it is particularly suitable for the filth treatment agent of the present invention. When used, it is preferable to use a material that has a high water absorption rate in order to minimize the spread of dirt and bad odors by treating wastewater quickly. It is preferable that the surface is smooth and not sticky when it becomes gel-like.

In addition, the inorganic porous material made to coexist with the above-mentioned water-absorbing polymer is, for example, natural zeolite, synthetic zeolite, activated clay, acid clay, and furthermore, Oya stone, buranite, etc. The particle size is not particularly limited, but is usually in the range of about 10 to 100 meshes, more preferably about 20 to 65 meshes.

If the particle size of this inorganic porous material is too fine, dust will accumulate during waste disposal work, or it will be incorporated into the water-absorbing polymer, causing sluggishness during disposal. Moreover, if it is too large, mixing and dispersibility with the water-absorbing polymer will deteriorate.

As a method for coexisting the above-mentioned water-absorbing polymer and inorganic porous material, it is sufficient to simply mix these powders or granules; Furthermore, the inorganic porous material may be coated with a water-absorbing polymer.

By adhering or covering the water-absorbing polymer and the inorganic porous material to each other in this way, the dispersibility is good and uniform throughout, and the water-absorbing polymer or the inorganic porous material is unevenly distributed in the treatment agent. However, even if the two are simply mixed, a uniform composition can be achieved by adjusting their specific gravity particle size, etc.

In addition, there is no particular limitation on the blending ratio of the water-absorbing polymer and the inorganic porous material, but if the blending ratio of the water-absorbing polymer is too small, the absorption of water contained in the waste will be incomplete, making it difficult for the waste to solidify. Processing work becomes troublesome. On the other hand, if the amount of water-absorbing polymer is too large compared to the amount of inorganic porous material, the polymers that have absorbed water may
It hardens into a large lump and becomes sticky, making it difficult to dispose of. From this point of view, the blending ratio of the water-absorbing polymer and the inorganic porous material is preferably in the range of 1 to 50 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the inorganic porous material. More preferably, the amount of the water-absorbing polymer is about 20 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the inorganic porous material.

The amount of this filth treatment agent used at one time depends on the amount of filth to be treated, but for example, if the filth is caused by vomiting, it is usually about 300 g.

As described above, the filth treatment agent according to the present invention is made by coexisting a water-absorbing polymer and an inorganic porous material in the form of powder or granules, and is sprinkled on filth containing moisture such as filth caused by vomiting. As a result, the water-absorbing polymer absorbs the water contained in the waste and turns into a gel, and the gelled water-absorbing polymer is divided without agglomeration by the inorganic porous material in the form of powder or granules that coexists with the water-absorbing polymer. It hardens into small lumps that can be easily removed along with dirt using a broom or vacuum cleaner. Moreover, the inorganic porous material adsorbs and removes the foul odor of waste due to its adsorption ability.

As described above, the filth treatment agent according to the present invention can easily treat filth caused by vomiting and other filth containing moisture without leaving any odor. Prepare a large amount of this, and when filth comes out, you can easily dispose of it by taking an appropriate amount and sprinkling it on the filth. Moreover, if the amount of this filth treatment agent used per time is stored in an appropriate container or bag, it can be kept in a portable vehicle, for example, in a taxi. If such a portable filth treatment agent is opened and then placed in a resealable container or bag, such as a bag with a zipper that can be opened and closed, the filth treatment agent stored in this bag can be used to remove the filth treatment agent from the filth. After sprinkling the waste into the bag, the waste is placed in the bag and sealed, completely blocking out the foul odor after treatment. In this case, as shown in Fig. 1, if a spatula 3 or the like is provided along with the filth disposal agent 2 in a bag 1 that can be opened, closed, and sealed with a zipper 4, the filth can be easily disposed of anytime and anywhere. Moreover, it is clean without getting your hands dirty. In addition, in the case of a portable container, as shown in FIG. 2, by making perforations in the shape of a spatula 6 on the outer surface of the container 5 made of paper, synthetic resin sheet, etc., the spatula 6 can be cut out. The filth may also be disposed of. In this case, the container 5 with the lid 7 cut off together with the spatula 6 can be used for waste disposal instead of dust removal.

Incidentally, by adding a deodorizing agent to the above-mentioned filth treatment agent, the odor removal effect can be made even more complete. In addition, active silicon, aromatics, etc. can be used as other additives, and these may also be used together.
