〔考案が解決しようとする課題〕
上記のように従来の気密ドラムでは、可撓性の
シートにより気密に保持するものであるため、密
封、開封作業が容易である反面、可撓性のシート
が外傷により容易に損傷し易いものであつて、保
管時、輸送時及び布設作業時の取り扱いに細心の
注意が必要であり、また、充填ガス圧を高くし過
ぎると可撓性シートが外方に膨らんで棚板との接
着部の気密性の保持にも影響を及ぼし、シートが
棚板から外れてしまうという最悪の自体も懸念さ
れた。
