回路及び逆電圧信号監視回路の出力信号が共に同
一の信号で且つ所定時間継続したとき異常信号を
発生する第１の異常検出手段と、 前記順電圧信号監視回路及び逆電圧信号監視回
路の出力信号のいずれか一方が同一の信号を所定
時間継続したとき異常信号を発生する第２の異常
検出手段を具備して成るサイリスタバルブの異常
