次の工程で主磁極部を着磁し、磁束の流れは第10図の
ようになっていた。なお、本発明による反転磁界部4の
磁界強度比B/Aば、第2図(b)で示す反転磁界部磁
界強度Bを王滋庵部磁界強度Aで割った比率で表わし、
第3図で示すように0.2以上の範囲の磁界強度比に設
定すれiず品゛U的に安定することを確認した。
