It is related to the device. Then, liquid cleaning or water replacement of the object to be cleaned is performed continuously using a cleaning liquid such as a water displacement agent or an organic solvent that is always purified, and high-purity liquid cleaning can be performed efficiently and easily. It has been made possible.

た。 In this method, the object to be cleaned cannot be cleaned continuously, resulting in poor workability. In addition, the method of cleaning by immersing the drum in a cleaning liquid tank involves cleaning a large number of objects to be cleaned in the same cleaning liquid, or sequentially filtering a portion of the cleaning liquid and letting it flow into the contaminated cleaning liquid. A method is being taken to Therefore, objects to be cleaned must always be cleaned in contaminated cleaning liquid.

It is known to perform cleaning work by rotating a drum and moving the object to be cleaned along a spiral wall. However, in this invention, the object to be cleaned and the cleaning liquid are moved simultaneously in the same direction. Therefore, the contaminated cleaning liquid is always in contact with the object to be cleaned, making it difficult to perform highly precise cleaning.

The invention described in Japanese Patent No. 59-123776 is known. In this invention, the cleaning liquid and the object to be cleaned are moved facing each other in opposite directions. Therefore, at the beginning of cleaning, the contaminated cleaning liquid and the object to be cleaned come into contact. However, as the object to be cleaned progresses, the object to be cleaned which has been cleaned comes into contact with the cleaning liquid at the beginning of the cleaning operation, making it possible to improve the cleaning effect.

Therefore, it is not possible to provide a sufficient distance between the inlet for the cleaning liquid and the inlet for the object to be cleaned, which shortens the contact time between the cleaning liquid and the object to be cleaned, resulting in an insufficient cleaning effect. Furthermore, in order to provide a sufficient distance between the inlet for the cleaning liquid and the inlet for the object to be cleaned, the overall length of the drum must be significantly increased, which is not practical.

As in the invention described in Japanese Patent No. 42859, there is a cleaning drum having a liquid-permeable structure such as a wire mesh.
However, in this invention, the cleaning liquid present in the cleaning drum is immediately discharged to the outside, and cannot flow inside the drum from one end to the other end. Therefore, the contaminated cleaning liquid that comes into contact with the object to be cleaned and removes dirt immediately flows into the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank and contaminates the entire cleaning liquid, making it difficult to perform highly precise cleaning of the object to be cleaned. Become something.

As the motor rotates, rotational cleaning is performed, and the object to be cleaned comes into sufficient contact with the cleaning liquid and is cleaned. Then, by the spiral wall for transporting the objects to be cleaned formed on the inner circumference of the washing drum, the objects are sequentially transferred in the direction of the outlet, and are finally discharged to the outside from the outlet, where they are subjected to the next process such as drying. Therefore, it is easy to guide this to a specific location, clean it with the cleaning means, and then introduce it into the cleaning liquid tank. Therefore, the contaminated cleaning liquid that has come into contact with the object to be cleaned and removed dirt will not flow into the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid tank and contaminate the entire liquid, making it possible to perform highly precise cleaning of the object to be cleaned. shall be.

Therefore, while using a small-sized cleaning drum, the contact distance between the cleaning liquid and the object to be cleaned can be increased, and efficient cleaning work can be performed with a small-sized device.

A suitable working device (not shown) for draining liquid, drying, etc. is formed by connecting to this outlet 13. Further, a liquid inlet 14 is formed on the outer periphery of the outlet 13 by using a wire mesh, a plate material with a large number of small holes, or the like so that the cleaning liquid 2 can flow therein.

is discharged only from the liquid outlet 12. Therefore, it is easy to guide the discharged cleaning liquid 2 to a specific location, clean it with the cleaning means 18, and then introduce it into the cleaning liquid tank 16. Therefore, the contaminated cleaning liquid that has come into contact with the object to be cleaned and has removed dirt is transferred to the cleaning liquid tank 1.
This prevents the cleaning liquid 2 from flowing into the cleaning liquid 2 in the cleaning liquid 6 and contaminating the entire cleaning liquid 2, thereby enabling highly precise cleaning of the object to be cleaned.

However, in other different embodiments, by using a water displacing agent as the cleaning liquid 2 and using the object to be cleaned with water, the water displacing agent can be used without changing the configuration or operation of the device at all. It can be used as a cleaning device.

Further, the water-containing water displacing agent is discharged from the liquid outlet 12, water is removed through a cleaning means 18 such as a moisture separator, and the water is refluxed to the liquid inlet 14.

As the cleaning operation progresses, it comes into contact with the clean cleaning liquid that has just been introduced, making it possible to perform cleaning operations with extremely high purity.
また、洗浄液による洗浄作業は、従来のごとく

I can do it.

Therefore, it is easy to introduce the cleaning liquid into the cleaning liquid tank after cleaning it with the cleaning means.
