Claims (1)
- 流体圧アクチユエータによつて往復動せしめら
れる摺動台と、この摺動台に往復動方向に固定さ
れたボールナツトと、このボールナツトに螺合し
て上記流体圧アクチユエータの本体に回転自在か
つ軸方向に移動不可能に支承されるボールネジ軸
と、このボールネジ軸の回転を制動すべく上記ボ
ールネジ軸の一端に設けられた電磁ブレーキと、
上記ボールネジ軸の回転量を検出して電気信号を
出力するロータリエンコーダと、予め与えられた
停止目標位置を表わす信号と上記ロータリエンコ
ーダからの現在位置を表わす電気信号を比較して
、両信号が一致したとき上記電磁ブレーキを作動
させる制動信号を出力するコントローラを備えた
ことを特徴とする位置決め装置。
