Claims (1)
- 空気圧シリンダ部のピストンロツドに平行に延
在するガイド孔を有するリニアボールベアリング
内蔵のガイド体と、前記ガイド孔内を摺動するガ
イドロツドと、このガイドロツドとピストンロツ
ドとを連結する連結プレートとを備えた流体圧シ
リンダ装置のガイド機構であつて、前記リニアボ
ールベアリングのガイド孔の内周面に通常のベア
リング２個分のボール環状溝を設け、この１個の
リニアボールベアリングでガイドロツドを軸支し
たことを特徴とする流体圧シリンダ装置のガイド
機構。
