る。

3図に示す様に穿孔機により取付片に取付孔cを
穿設するか又は、図面第4図に示す様に取付片b
に設ける取付孔cの上端をドーム状に一体成形し
た後、ドーム状の部分dをナイフ等で切断するこ
とにより取付孔を設けたものであるが、この種の
方法による時は成形物を大量に生産する場合には
手数がかかりコスト高になる欠点があり、又取付
孔の一端にバリが残る為美的に取付孔を形成する
ことができず、然も穿孔機を使用して取付孔を穿
設する場合には、形成される取付孔の孔位置が不
正確でばらつきを生じる等、品質面に於て兎角の
問題を有するものであつた。

けるブロー成形物の取付片が成形される箇所に対
応させて夫々ポンチの受管と案内管とを埋設し、
案内管にはポンチを嵌合し、このポンチの一端は
成形機の制御盤に設けたタイマーにコントロール
されてポンチを進退させるシリンダーに連結し、
受管の端部下面には打抜き片の排出口を設けたも
のである。

物に形成される取付片に取付孔を自動的に穿設出
来る様にしたものであるから、取付孔を設けたブ
ロー成形物を能率良く量産出来ると共に従来と比
較して大幅なコストダウンを可能にし得るもので
ある。又、従来の様に形成された取付孔の一端に
バリが生じることがなく、然も所望の正確な位置
に取付孔を穿設出来るから精度が高く優良な品質
をブロー成形物を量産出来る等の諸特徴を有する
ものである。
