Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent erroneous function due to deformation of protector by providing a connector with a tubular section, inserting the protector therein, and molding the connector with resin. CONSTITUTION:A connector 2 is provided with a tubular section 1 and a fixing foot 3 at a part on a surface opposing to a coil 8, and a protector 4 is inserted into the tubular section 1. The protector 4 is fixed oppositely to the coil 8 and resin is filled from the surface of the protector 4 which is hardly deformed. The fixing foot 3 of the connector 2 is then press fitted in a notch 5 of the stator core 6 in which the coil 8 is inserted through an insulating paper 7 and then the entire stator, including the coil 8, is molded with resin 9. Consequently, erroneous function due to deformation of the protector is prevented, resulting in an excellent resin molded motor having high temperature sensitivity.

題点を有していた。なおプロテクタの設定温度を下げる
と、通常の使用状態でもフ゛ロテクタが作動するという
問題点を有していた。
