Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded motor, which can be fixed easily and can be grounded surely, by providing one terminal of a connector with a fixing foot having a metal part to be brought into contact with a stator core, press inserting the fixing foot into a notch of the stator core and then performing resin molding. CONSTITUTION:A connector 4 is provided with a fixing foot 1 having an exposed metal part 2 to be connected with one terminal 3 of the connector and brought into contact with a stator core 6. The fixing foot 1 is then press inserted into a notch 6 of the stator core 6 inserted into a coil 7, and then the stator core 6 is entirely molded with resin. When an external earth connector terminal is connected with one terminal 3 of connector, simultaneously or independently from other power supply, the stator core 6 is grounded. Consequently, a resin molded motor, which can be fixed easily and can be grounded surely, is obtained.

9をアースするように技術基準によシ義務づけられてい

場合があるのでアースを必要とする。アースはステータ
コア6に半田付けしたアース線13、または第6図に示
すようにアース線13に代えてステータコア14に圧入
しかしながら上記の従来の構成では、アース線をステー
タコアに半田付けするので作業性が悪くかつ半田付けが
剥れ易いという問題点やアース端子をステータコアに圧
入して接続するので工数がかかシかつ圧入したアース端
子がゆるむという問題点を有していた。

タコアを確実にかつ容易にアースすることができる。
