軸部の先端に突出する截頭円錐形の尖頭部とを設
け、該係合軸部で第1レバーに設けた非円形の係
合凹陥部に係合させると共に該尖頭部で第1レバ
ーに設けた軸孔に圧入嵌合させたことを特徴とす
