The latter method has the disadvantage that the heat held by the coil during winding is wasted because the coil is cooled once, and the heat treatment requires a long time because it is heated again from the cooled state.

知見に基づいて成されたものである。 Therefore, the present applicant has proposed a laying cone that is hermetically arranged on the ceiling wall of a furnace placed immediately after a finishing rolling mill, a rider holding mechanism that supports a preheated rider at a position below the laying cone, and a rider holding mechanism for supporting the preheated rider at a position below the laying cone. an elevating mechanism, a temporary holding mechanism that is interposed between the rider holding mechanism and the laying cone and temporarily supports the wire rod immediately after finish rolling that is led out from the laying cone, and a wire rod that is wound on the rider and formed into a coil. proposed a winding device for hot-rolled wire, which is equipped with rollers for conveying wire into a furnace (patent application 1983-
No. 65848), which attempted to solve the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks. In addition, this invention allows spheroidizing annealing, which conventionally required more than 10 hours, to be carried out in a few hours by heating, rolling, and winding the wire at a certain value and then immediately holding it. This was done based on the knowledge that

した。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The winding device is an excellent invention that can solve the conventional drawbacks, but the fingers of the temporary holding mechanism (hereinafter referred to as "iris") constituting the winding device are The coil is supported and released by rotating within the same plane at the position, and there is a limit to the upper limit position of the rider, so there is a considerable vertical distance between the finger position and the rider. Therefore, it has been found that there are inherent problems such as the occurrence of surface flaws due to mutual buffering due to falling between the coils and the action of impact force on the rider during delivery.

を要旨とする昇降式貯線装置である。(Means for solving the problem) An iris that temporarily stores the wire that is wound down from a laying cone that is hermetically arranged on the ceiling wall of the furnace, and a rider that is fed onto the hearth roller at the bottom of the furnace. In an apparatus equipped with a rider operation mechanism that receives a coil scooped up and stored by the iris and transfers it together with a rider onto a hearth roller, the iris is configured to be able to be raised and lowered separately from the raising and lowering movement of the rider operation mechanism. This is an elevating type wire storage device.

An elevating body 12 consisting of an annular hollow body held horizontally by a lift body 12 and an elevating body 12 that is hung at equal intervals from the periphery of an opening 13 formed in the center of this elevating body 12 and penetrated into the heat retention furnace body 1. a plurality of operating shafts 14, a finger 15 that is attached to the lower end of each operating shaft 14 and maintains a horizontal posture on the same plane, and each operating shaft 1
an actuating lever 16, for example keyed at the top end of 4;
and a connecting member 17 that connects the tips of these actuating levers 16, and a cylinder device 18 that provides rotational movement to one of the actuating levers 16. By moving up and down integrally and rotating one actuating lever 16 by operating the cylinder device 18, this movement is simultaneously transmitted to all actuating shafts 14 and the fingers 15 are extended or retracted at the same time.

When the processing of the preceding coil is completed and the rider operation mechanism 6 has risen, the iris 9 starts descending and stops at the lower limit, and the finger rotation mechanism, that is, the cylinder device 18
All the fingers 15 are rotated in the storing (opening) direction in one motion, and the stored wire rod is dropped onto the support member 8.
