Claims (1)
- 布帛、合成樹脂フイルム等のシート状材料を前
送りするための案内手段、および上記のシート状
材料に乾燥または熱固定を施すための加熱手段を
備えた内側チヤンバと、この内側チヤンバの外側
に隙間を隔てて設けられた外側チヤンバとからな
り、上記の内側チヤンバおよび外側チヤンバの少
なくとも一方が保温パネルで形成され、外側チヤ
ンバの天井板および底板にそれぞれ外側チヤンバ
の内外を連通させる開口が設けられたことを特徴
とする熱処理装置の保温チヤンバ。
