[Background Art] When drawing processing is performed using a press machine, lubricating oil is applied to the punch member in order to improve the flow of the blank material and prevent cracks from forming in the molded product, or to reduce die wear. be done. Up until now, the lubricating oil has been applied by using a nozzle placed on one side of the mold to spray it onto the required area, or by using a brush. However, with the former method, it takes time to put in and take out the nozzle, which lengthens the work cycle, or the nozzle gets in the way when moving the workpiece between molds, or lubricating oil adheres to the blank holder, causing problems during molding. This method has problems in that the tension balance is disturbed, and the latter method also has problems in terms of safety and labor saving.

[Embodiment] The embodiment shown in the drawings will be explained below. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a punch member 10 of the draw die.
The oil supply nozzle 1 is buried in the surface, and the oil supply nozzle 1 is made of the same material as the punch member 10, and the punch member 10 is placed in the part where the blank material is stretched the most during processing.
As shown in Fig. 2, this oil supply nozzle 1 has a lubricant nozzle 1 with a diameter d of 1 mm or less, which is small enough to prevent deformation of the molded product during press forming. A large number of outlets 2 are provided, and the punch member is configured to apply lubricating oil to the surface of the punch member through these outlets 2.

The oil supply nozzle 1 is connected to an oil supply pipe 4 through a joint 3 screwed on the back thereof, and is further connected to a controller 8 through a flow rate adjustment valve 7, and the oil pump is controlled by the control action here. It is configured to receive lubricating oil from the unit 9 every machining cycle or every several machining cycles. In addition, in the figure, the reference numeral 5 indicates a piping block, and the reference numeral 6 indicates a coupler.

In the apparatus configured as described above, first, the switch of the controller 8 is turned on, and the unillustrated air pump of the oil unit 9 is started to supply lubricating oil to the flow rate regulating valve 7. Next, set the discharge amount to the required value using the manual lubrication button, and then switch the switch to automatic lubrication.

In this state, when the start button of the press device (not shown) is operated, lubricating oil is supplied to the oil supply nozzle 1 for each machining cycle by the operation of the electromagnetic switching valve (not shown) of the oil pump unit 9, and this feeds the small diameter lubricating oil. It is discharged from the discharge ports 2 onto the surface of the punch member 10 to lubricate the most stretched portion of the blank material.

As described above, according to the present invention, a lubrication nozzle having a large number of small-diameter lubricating oil discharge ports is buried in the surface of the punch member, and from there the oil supply nozzle is provided with a large number of small-diameter lubricating oil discharge ports. This makes it possible to supply lubricating oil only to the necessary parts of the blank that come into contact with the punch member, thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks in the molded product during molding, and preventing the occurrence of cracks in other parts. Not only can the adhesion of lubricant oil to the punch member surface be completely eliminated, but also the supply of lubricant oil to the punch member surface can be automated in conjunction with press processing, significantly increasing its safety and efficiency.
