Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide an air conditioner wherein blowoff air is prevented from being disturbed in operation of the air conditioner to prevent air conditioning from being made invalid and to prevent any noise from being produced, whereby the number of processes upon assembling is reduced and further materials and weight are reduced, and wherein any condensation is prevented from being formed around a blowoff outlet even in cooling operation of the air conditioner to prevent a floor surface from being contaminated owing to the drop of condensed water, by eliminating any exfoliation of a blowoff guide. CONSTITUTION:A surrounding part 12 of a blowoff outlet is engaged with a blowoff guide 13 of a hard foam, and the blowoff guide 13 of the hard foam is fixed to the surrounding part 12 of the blowoff outlet with the aid of a press tool. Further, a concave part 13c is provided in part of the blowoff guide 13 of the hard foam to construct a heat insulation part through an air layer.

[0004] As a result, if the air conditioner is operated with the blow-off guide 3 peeled off, the blow-out air may become turbulent and the air conditioner may become ineffective, noise may be generated, or the area around the blow-off port 2 may be damaged during cooling operation. This resulted in dew condensation, which impaired the air conditioning function. Furthermore, the use of adhesive 3a increases the number of man-hours during assembly.

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 11 is a decorative panel fixed below the air conditioner and exposed on the surface of the ceiling. Reference numeral 12 denotes a peripheral portion of the air outlet of the decorative panel 11, and is provided with an air outlet guide 13 made of molded hard foam. The blow-off guide 13 is fixed in the left-right direction B direction and the front-back direction C direction by attaching a convex portion 1 to the peripheral portion 12 of the blow-off port.
2a, the blowout guide 13 is provided with a recess 13a, and the tips of the protrusion 12a and the recess 13a are wedge-shaped, respectively, 12b and 13b so that the peripheral portion 12 of the blowout port and the blowout guide 13 can be respectively locked. ing. Furthermore, the fixation in the vertical D direction is carried out by pressing the blowout guide 13 with the flanges 14a of the two pressers 14 provided on the left and right sides of the peripheral portion 12 of the blowout outlet, and with the screws 15, the presser tools 14 and the blowout guide 13 are fixed on the blowout outlet. It is fixed to the surrounding part 12.

In the above configuration, when the decorative panel 11 is installed below the air conditioner, the air outlet guides 13 are
Since it is mechanically fixed to the peripheral part 12 of the air outlet of the decorative panel 11 in the front and rear and up and down directions, there is no peeling or falling off. That is, fixation in the B direction of the left and right direction is performed by the convex portion 12a and the concave portion 13a, and fixation in the C direction of the front and back direction is performed by the convex portion 1.
2a and the tips of the recess 13a are each shaped like a wedge 12.

3 each can be locked. Further, fixation in the vertical D direction is achieved by pressing the blowout guide 13 with the flanges 14a of the two pressers 14 provided on the left and right sides of the peripheral part 12, and fixing the presser 14 and the blowout guide 13 to the peripheral part 12 with screws 15. has been done.

[0013] Therefore, the air conditioner will not be operated with the blow-off guide 13 peeled off and the blow-out air will be disturbed, causing the air conditioner to become ineffective and noise to be generated. 12, the air conditioning function will not be impaired due to dew condensation or the like. Also, since no adhesive is used, fewer man-hours are required during assembly.

[0015] Therefore, the material and weight can be reduced, and since no dew condensation occurs around the outlet even during cooling operation of the air conditioner, staining of the floor surface due to dripping of dew condensed water can be prevented. Furthermore, since the blow-off guide 13 is made of a hard foam material formed by molding, the blow-off air has good dimensional accuracy and is not disturbed when it passes through the blow-off guide, thereby preventing the generation of abnormal noise.

[Effects of the Invention] As is clear from the above description, the present invention has the following features:
Lock the area around the outlet and the hard foam outlet guide,
In addition, by fixing with a presser, the blow-off guide is mechanically fixed, thereby eliminating peeling and falling off. As a result, there is no need to operate the air conditioner with the blowout guide peeled off, causing the blowout air to become turbulent, making the air conditioner ineffective, or causing abnormal noise. The air conditioning function will not be impaired due to dew condensation. Also, since no adhesive is used, fewer man-hours are required during assembly.
