Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve watertightness for solving problems of the leak of water or sanitary seawage due to the insufficient watertightness of the joining part of mutual materials, because water stopping partition walls in the weak ground or a waste treatment site use wooden sheet piles, steel piles, and rubber and asphalt made sheets, etc. CONSTITUTION:This film is composed of an elastic material made film material to which cylindrical joint parts 2 are fitted at both side ends, and a linking material 3; on which a hollow part into which the joint part 2 is inserted is facedly provided. The high watertightness of a joining part is provided by inserting the joint part of the film material into the hollow part of the linking material to link the film materials in order.

[Prior Art] Water-stop bulkheads such as excavation surfaces, boundary surfaces, and partition surfaces of underground dams, soft ground, and waste disposal sites have conventionally been constructed using wooden sheet piles or steel sheet piles. The watertightness of the building is poor and there is a problem of water and sewage leaking. In addition, recently rubber asphalt sheets have been used to stop water, but because they are flexible cloth-like sheets, it is very difficult to uniformly polymerize the joints over the entire length in the vertical direction. This is a difficult task, and there is also the problem that the watertightness of the joints is poor. Furthermore, there is a grouting method using cement milk, but this method has problems with water-blocking properties because it may cause cracks and water oozes out from the entire surface over a long period of time.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a partial plan view showing the bonded state, Fig. 2 is a plan view of the membrane material, Fig. 3 is a partial front view of the membrane material, and Fig. 4 is a plan view of the connecting member. It is a material. This membrane material 1 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, resin, or asphalt-impregnated material, and has a cylindrical joint portion 2 having hollow portions 2a at both ends thereof, which are integrally formed by hot press bonding, room temperature bonding, etc. It is preferable to have a certain wall thickness so that it can absorb some tightening in the centripetal direction with its elasticity so that the cylindrical shape does not easily bend or deform in the cross-sectional direction, but as described later, , the hollow part 2a does not necessarily have a sufficient wall thickness in order to inject the filler,
It may be bent to some extent in the cross-sectional direction, and it is preferable to close the lower end as shown in FIG. 3 to prevent the filler from being washed away when injecting the filler. 3 is a connecting member. This connecting material 3
is made of rubber, resin, metal, or a composite material made of metal coated with rubber, etc., and has a hollow section 3 with a circular cross section.
A cylindrical body 3a having an arbitrary external shape and having an external shape is connected to the object via a connecting part 3b, and a slit 3d having a width enough to fit the membrane material 1 is formed on the opposing side. This hollow part 3c
The inner diameter of the joint part 2 is the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the joint part 2, and a plurality of water-stop protrusions 3 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the joint part 2.
e and one water supply groove 3f are formed. Note that the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 3e and the water supply groove 3f may be arbitrary, such as a semicircle, a rectangle, or a triangle.

According to the above configuration, the joint portion 2 of the membrane material 1
One cylindrical body 3a of the connecting member 3 is fitted to the other side of the connecting member 3, and the other joint part 2 of the membrane material 1 to which the connecting member 3 is attached is installed. It is fitted into the cylindrical body 3a and connected integrally. At this time, the outer peripheral surface of the joint part 2 of the membrane material 1 comes into contact with the protrusion 3e of the hollow part 3c to prevent water from entering through the slit 3d, and if necessary, the filler 4 is injected into the hollow part 2a. By doing so, the hollow part 2
The outer diameter of a can be increased to firmly contact the protrusion 3e of the hollow part 3c.In this way, the membrane materials 1 are successively connected together via the connecting material 3 to form a water-stopping membrane. Configure. The filler 4 is preferably an expandable material, but it does not necessarily have to be an expandable material, and the filler 4 provides watertightness at the joint and reinforces the strength. Therefore,
In order to check the watertightness of the joint, pressurized water is injected into the water supply groove 3f to detect whether or not there is water leakage, and if water leakage is observed even after injection of the filler 4 described above. In this case, a water stop agent can be injected into the water supply groove 3f to obtain reliable water stop properties, or a water stop agent may be injected in advance in consideration of aging. By sequentially assembling the membrane materials 1 in this manner, a water-stopping membrane can be constructed as a whole, and reliable water-stopping properties of the joint can be expected. Note that this assembly process is not necessarily limited to the above-mentioned order; the membrane material 1 and the connecting material 3 may be installed separately and then connected one after another by fitting the membrane material 1 into the connecting material 3 during installation. Alternatively, the membrane material 1 may be assembled in advance to form a water-stopping membrane, and then installed at the construction site. Furthermore, it goes without saying that the structure may be constructed with the filler 4 injected into the hollow portion 2a. In the above embodiment, the water-stopping protrusion was formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hollow part 3a, but the same effect can be achieved by forming the protrusion 2b on the outer circumferential surface of the joint part 2 as shown in FIG. The protrusions do not necessarily need to be continuous as shown in FIG. 6(A), but may be discontinuous as long as they are continuous as a whole as shown in FIG. 6(B). As described above, according to this embodiment, it is not necessarily necessary to form the protrusion 3e in the hollow portion 3c as in the above embodiment,
A smooth surface may be used as shown in FIG. Furthermore, if a sufficient water stop can be obtained by injecting the filler 6 into the hollow portion 2a as described above, it is not necessary to form a water stop protrusion.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention described in detail above, a membrane material made of an elastic material to which a cylindrical joint part having a hollow part at both ends is attached, and a hollow part into which the joint part is inserted are opposed to each other. A water supply groove is formed on the inner peripheral surface of each hollow part of the connecting member, and a joint part of the membrane material is inserted into the hollow part of the connecting member to sequentially connect the membrane materials. This has the effect of providing a high degree of watertightness at the joint and forming a leak-free water-blocking membrane. Also,
The membrane material and the joint material are different materials, which has the effect of being able to consider the processability of processing them into a shape that suits the purpose, and furthermore, because the membrane material and the joint material are separated, they are easy to handle. It has the advantage of good workability and simple structure. In addition, by injecting pressurized water into the water supply groove, it is possible to inspect the watertightness of the joint, and if sufficient water barrier properties cannot be obtained, water stop material is injected into the water supply groove. By doing so, it has the effect of obtaining complete water-blocking properties.
