Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve watertightness for solving problems of the leak of water or sanitary seawage due to the insufficient watertightness of the joining part of mutual materials, because water stopping partition walls in the weak ground or a waste treatment site use wooden sheet piles, steel piles, and rubber-asphalt- made sheets etc. CONSTITUTION:A linking material 3, having a hollow part into which a joint part is inserted, is fitted to the other side of an elastic-material-made film material 1 to which a cylindrical joint part 2 having a hollow part on one side is fitted. The high watertightness of a joining part is provided by inserting the joint part 2 of the next similarly composed film material into the hollow part of the linking material to link the film materials in order.

[Prior Art] Water-stop bulkheads such as excavation surfaces, boundary surfaces, and partition surfaces of underground dams, soft ground, and waste disposal sites have conventionally been constructed using wooden sheet piles or steel sheet piles. The watertightness of the building is poor and there is a problem of water and sewage leaking. In addition, recently rubber asphalt sheets have been used to stop water, but because they are flexible cloth-like sheets, it is very difficult to uniformly polymerize the joints over the entire length in the vertical direction. This is a difficult task, and there is also the problem that the watertightness of the joints is poor. Furthermore, there is a method of grouting using cement milk, but this method has problems with water-blocking properties because it may cause cracks and water seeps out from the entire surface over a long period of time.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a connection having a cylindrical joint part having a hollow part on one side and a hollow part into which the joint part is inserted into the other side of a membrane material made of an elastic material. A high degree of watertightness of the joint was achieved by inserting the following similarly constructed joints of membrane materials into the hollow parts of the joints and connecting them one after another.

Embodiments Examples of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a partial plan view showing the bonded state, FIG. 2 is a partial plan view of the membrane material, FIG. 3 is a front view, and FIG. 4 is a plan view of the connecting material. In the figures, 1 is a water-blocking membrane material. . This membrane material 1 is made of an elastic material such as rubber, resin, or asphalt-impregnated material, and a cylindrical joint portion 2 having a hollow portion 2a at one end thereof is integrally formed by hot press bonding, room temperature bonding, etc. It is better to have a certain wall thickness so that it can absorb some tightening in the centripetal direction with its elasticity and prevent the cylindrical shape from bending in the cross-sectional direction, but as will be explained later. As shown, the hollow part 2a does not necessarily have a sufficient wall thickness for injecting the filler, and may be bent to some extent in the cross-sectional direction. It is preferable to close the lower end as shown in FIG. 3 is a connecting member. The connecting member 3 is made of rubber, resin, metal, or a composite material such as a metal coated with rubber, etc., and has a hollow section 3a with a circular cross-section.
It has a cylindrical shape with an arbitrary external shape, has a connecting piece 3b protruding from one side in the longitudinal direction, and has a slit 3c wide enough to fit the membrane material 1 on the opposite side. The inner diameter of the hollow part 3a is the same as or slightly larger than the outer diameter of the joint part 2, and a plurality of water-stopping protrusions 3d and one water supply groove 3e are formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hollow part 3a. It has been done. Note that the cross-sectional shape of the protrusion 3d and the water supply groove 3e may be any shape such as a semicircle, a rectangle, or a triangle.
A plurality of attachment holes are formed in the connecting piece 3b at predetermined intervals. The connecting piece 3b of the connecting member 3 thus constructed is integrally connected with a nut 5 by passing a bolt 4 through a mounting hole on the side of the membrane material 1 on which the joint portion 2 is not attached via a holding plate. In addition, this connection method is not limited to mechanical joining using rivets, etc., but also varies depending on the material of the connecting material 3. If the connecting material 3 is made of the same material as the membrane material 1, heat press joining, room temperature bonding, etc. are possible. It is.

[0006] According to the above configuration, the membrane material 1 to which the connecting material 3 is attached is erected at the site, and then the membrane material 1 to which the joint portion 2 and the connecting material 3 are attached is installed, and the joint portion 2 is erected in the same way. The connecting member 3 is inserted into the hollow part 3a, and the membrane part is taken out through the slit 3c. At this time, the outer circumferential surface of the joint part 2 of the membrane material 1 comes into contact with the protrusion 3d of the hollow part 3a to prevent water from entering through the slit 3c, and if necessary, the filler 6 is injected into the hollow part 2a. By doing so, it is possible to increase the outer diameter of the hollow part 2a and make it firmly contact the protrusion 3d of the hollow part 3a.In this way, the membrane materials 1 are successively connected to form a water-stopping membrane. can do. The filler 6 is preferably an expandable material, but does not necessarily have to be an expandable material, and the filler 6 provides watertightness at the joint and reinforces the strength. Therefore, in order to check the watertightness of the joint, pressurized water is injected into the water supply groove 3e to detect whether or not there is water leakage.
If water leakage is observed even after injection, a water stop agent can be injected into this water supply groove 3e to ensure reliable water stop performance. You can leave it as is. By sequentially assembling the membrane materials 1 in this manner, a water-stopping membrane can be constructed as a whole, and reliable water-stopping properties of the joint can be expected. In addition, depending on the construction location, instead of sequentially assembling the membrane material 1 by on-site construction, the membrane material 1 may be constructed as a whole in advance to form a water-stopping membrane, and then installed at the construction location. . In the above embodiment, the water-stopping protrusion was formed on the inner circumferential surface of the hollow part 3a, but the same effect can be achieved by forming the protrusion 2b on the outer circumferential surface of the joint part 2 as shown in FIG. The protrusions do not necessarily have to be continuous as shown in FIG. 6(A),
Since it is sufficient that the protrusions are continuous as a whole, they may be discontinuous as shown in FIG. Thus, the protrusion 3d is not necessarily required in the hollow portion 3a. Furthermore, if sufficient water stoppage can be obtained because the filler 6 can be injected into the hollow portion 2a as described above, it is not necessarily necessary to form a water stop protrusion.

Effects of the Invention According to the present invention described in detail above, a cylindrical joint part having a hollow part at one side end is attached to the other side of a membrane made of an elastic material, and a hollow part into which this joint part is inserted is provided. By attaching a connecting member with It has the effect of forming a water-shielding film without water. In addition, by injecting pressurized water into the water supply groove, the watertightness of the joint can be inspected.
If sufficient water-blocking properties cannot be obtained, complete water-blocking properties can be obtained by injecting a water-stopping material into the water supply groove.
