- 電子銃と、複数個からなる空胴共振器と、電子
ビームを捕集するコレクターと、高周波窓とから
なるＸバンド帯クライストロンにおいて、空胴共
振器外周を複数枚の半筒状カバーにて覆つたこと
を特徴とするＸバンド帯クライストロン。
