PRIOR ART A conventional plastic container for infusion having a hanging device on the bottom is shown in Japanese Utility Model Application No. 146147/1983, and the hanging device in a free state is in an upright position with respect to the bottom of the container. When the hanger is not in use, it is manually bent sideways and its tip is fitted into a recess provided on the side of the container to hold it in the bent state. In this folded state, the container stands on its own with the bottom facing down.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention In the above-mentioned conventional plastic containers for infusions, the hanging tool in the free state is in a self-supporting position with respect to the bottom of the container. It had to be bent by hand to fit and hold onto the side of the container, and when in use, the hanging device had to be removed from the side of the container, making the operation cumbersome.

Means and Effects for Solving the Problems The present invention was conceived in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to easily handle the container without the need for special operation of the hanging tool when making the container stand up on its own or when using it for hanging. The purpose of this invention is to provide a method for manufacturing plastic containers for infusions, and the molding of the above-mentioned plastic containers for infusions involves aligning the cavity for the hanging tool of the left and right split molds with the parting line of the cavity for the container body. After positioning the parison between the left and right split molds, the molds are clamped and blow molded, and the container body and a hanger, which is bendably installed on the bottom of the container body, are tilted with respect to the center axis of the container body. It is made so that it can be molded.

FIG. 5 shows a plastic container for infusion to be manufactured by the method of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 indicates a container body 2, and a hanger 4 erected on the bottom surface of the container body 2 via a hinge portion 3. It is a plastic container for infusion consisting of. The hanging tool 4 is inclined at an angle of 5 to 70 degrees with respect to the axis of the container body 2. Further, on the bottom surface of the container body 2 and in the direction in which the hanging tool 4 is inclined, there is provided a recess 5 in which the hanging tool 4 bent toward the bottom side is accommodated.

The plastic container for infusion having the above structure stands on its own on a table with its bottom facing down, but since the hanger 4 erected on the bottom is tilted, when the container is placed on the table, the hanger 4 can be bent without resistance in a direction that is inclined to the container. The bent hanging tool 4 is stored in a recess 5 provided on the bottom of the container, so that the hanging tool 4 does not get in the way when it stands on its own.

In addition, since the hanging tool 4 stands on its own although it is tilted in the free state, the hanging tool 4 can be hung on a hanger as it is without tampering with it.

First, the cavities 8 and 9 forming the container body 2
A cavity 9a for forming the recess 5 is provided near the bottom of one of the cavities 9, and a hanging tool 4 is provided in which the mold matching surface is inclined from the mold matching surface (parting surface) of the cavities 8 and 9 to the forming cavity 9a side of the recess 5. The split molds provided with the formed cavities 10 and 11 are arranged, and the parison 12 is positioned between the split molds 6 and 7 that are opened left and right (Fig. 1), and then both molds 6 and 7 are opened. While the mold is clamped, pressurized fluid is blown from the blow nozzle 13 to expand and mold the container body 2, and the hinge 3 and the inclined hanger 4 are compressed and molded (FIG. 2).

After the above molding, the molded product is cooled to some extent in the mold to obtain the plastic container 1. As a result, a hollow container body 2 and a hanger 4 which is slanted and erected on the bottom surface of this container body 2 are formed.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the plastic container 1 for infusion molded as described above is made to stand up on a heating table 13 by bending the hanger 4, and the hanger 4, especially the hinge part 3, is made to undergo glass transition. By heating to a temperature above the melting point and below the melting point, it is possible to correct the inclination angle α of the hanger 4 which is formed to be inclined as shown in FIG. 4 by the above manufacturing method.
According to this, it is possible to easily correct a case where the inclination angle of the hanger 4 becomes small during deburring, or a case where only a small inclination angle can be obtained due to formability during molding.

Note that the blow-molded container is generally sterilized at high temperature after filling with the infusion solution. For example, according to the high-temperature steam method specified in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, it is necessary to heat the product in saturated steam at 121°C for 20 minutes. The inclination angle of the hanging tool 4 may be corrected by heating at this time.
