A recess d is provided in the center of the seat a, and the hanger b is bent upright in the recess d, and a hole for hanging the bent hanger b is provided in the recess d. There is a protruding holding protrusion f that fits into the container e, and when the container is made to stand on its own, the hanger b is bent within the recess d and is held by fitting into the holding protrusion f so that the hanger b does not get in the way of the container standing on its own. It's becoming more and more difficult to do so.

The above-mentioned hanging tool b is installed upright on the parting line of the container to be hollow-molded, and the holding protrusion f for holding this hanging tool b in a bent state is the hanging hole e of the above-mentioned hanging tool b. In order to engage with the hanger b, the hanger b is erected at a position spaced apart from the parting line by the distance from the base of the hanger b to the position of the hole e. For this reason, for containers that are blow molded,
This holding protrusion f is formed on the undercut part on the blow mold, and the wall becomes extremely thin, so that when the holding protrusion f is engaged with the hanging tool
There was a problem in that the hanger b could become deformed and come off, making it impossible to perform its original function of holding the hanger.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention conducted research to solve the above-mentioned problems and found that the hanger b, which is formed upright on the parting line of the container, is housed in the recess d previously provided in the seat a. If the hanging tool b is bent and formed so that it is in the state of The result was that each of the conventional problems could be solved.

However, in a plastic container formed by blow molding, it is difficult to bend the hanger, which is a protrusion that stands on the parting line of the container, in a direction perpendicular to the parting line during molding. Due to the structure of the split mold, it was impossible to perform molding at the same time.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and it is possible to bend a hanging tool vertically along the parting line of a container molded by blow molding at the hinge part in its natural state. A plastic container for infusion that can be easily molded with a slight post-processing so that it can be stored in a recess with a hanger fully inserted into the recess. This method attempts to provide a method for manufacturing a plastic container, in which a hanger is integrally connected to the central recess of the seat along the parting line via a thin hinge part, and the blow molding is performed. In the method for manufacturing a plastic container for infusions molded by the method, after blow molding, the hinge part of the hanger is heated and softened, and
The hanger is bent at the hinge portion so as to enter the recess toward one side, and then cooled and hardened while maintaining this bent state.

FIG. 4 shows a blow-molded plastic container for infusion (hereinafter simply referred to as a container), in which 1 is a seat provided at one end of the container 2, and 3 is a seat 1 of the container.
4 is a parting line of the container 2, and 5 is a hanging tool erected in the recess 3 along the parting line 4. This hanging tool 5 is provided with a hole 6 for hanging, and a thin hinge portion 7 is provided at the base. After the container 2 is blow-molded, the hanger 5 stands upright relative to the recess 3, as shown in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 3, heated air of about 300° C. is blown onto the hinge portion 7 of the hanger 5 of the blow-molded container 2.
Heat and soften one side. As this heat softening progresses, the hanger 5 bends around the hinge portion 7 toward the heating side. In this state, heating is stopped, the hanger 5 is folded and stored in the recess 3, and the heated portion is cooled and hardened.

As a result, the hanger 5 is held in the above-mentioned bent shape, and is placed in a free state in the recess 3 as shown in FIG.

When the container 2 is in a used state, that is, in a hanging state, the hanging tool 5 in the above-mentioned state is pulled up with a finger and the hole 6 of the hanging tool 5 is hooked onto the hanging arm. At this time, the weight of the container 2 causes the hanger 5 to stand upright with respect to the seat 1.

In the above method, it is only necessary that the temperature of the heated hinge part 7 be set to a temperature above the glass transition point and below the melting point of the plastic constituting the container 2, and there is no particular limitation, but workability is taken into consideration. The appropriate temperature is 200 to 600°C.

Further, the thickness of the hinge portion 7 is suitably about 0.1 to 1.0 mm. This is because if the wall thickness is less than 0.1 mm, there is a risk of it breaking due to its own weight when hanging, and if it exceeds 1.0 mm, it will take time to soften by heating and will be difficult to bend.

In the above embodiment, heated air is blown onto the hinge part 7 of the hanging tool 5 in an upright state to soften it by heating. However, in other embodiments, the hanging tool 5 after blow molding can be heated and softened. It may be bent and deformed at the hinge part 7 by an external force, and then heated air is blown onto this bent part to heat and soften it, thereby bending and deforming it.
