(b) Prior art When rip channel steel and H-beam steel are conveyed to a coating machine using a conveyor and sprayed with anti-rust coating continuously, paint particles and solvent mist are dispersed into the air, damaging objects in the work room. If contaminated, especially if thinner or the like is used as a solvent, there is a risk that long-term inhalation will cause serious damage to the respiratory and nervous systems of workers. Therefore, in the past, the paint spraying section was housed in a large paint booth, and diffused paint particles and solvent particles (hereinafter referred to as paint mist) were vented to the outside using an axial flow fan installed on the ceiling of the booth. However, if you set up a paint booth like this,
Although it is effective as an environmental measure, it cannot avoid contamination of the filter installed in front of the axial flow fan in the booth.
Therefore, it takes time to clean and replace these, and in order to apply a coating evenly on the painted part itself depending on the shape of the C-shaped steel, the number of spray nozzles, It was necessary to adjust the position, etc., and even after adjustment, there was a drawback that the coating film was likely to be thick or thin. In addition, this system also had the disadvantage that a large amount of paint was wasted because the residual paint inside the booth was not collected but released to the outside.

C. Problems to be Solved by the Invention The present invention has been provided in order to solve the problems of the prior art described above, and it is possible to reduce the amount of paint mist that is unnecessarily scattered in the paint booth, and to reduce the amount of paint mist that is unnecessarily scattered in the paint booth. It is easy to maintain the system, etc., and the whole can be formed into a small-capacity booth. At the same time, the coating mist that is dispersed at the same time as the coating is sprayed spreads evenly over the surface of the long material, and the uncoated portion is The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a coating device for long shaped materials in which paint can be recovered and reused.

D. Means for Solving the Problem The means for solving the problem of the present invention is to provide a small paint scattering chamber 5 that can surround the long shaped material A in a bag shape in the paint booth, and to The paint spraying nozzle 10 is positioned in the scattering chamber 5 so that the sprayed paint hits the long material A, the obstacle rod 18, etc. and turns into paint mist due to turbulence, and the paint spraying nozzle 10 is installed on the entire surface of the scattering chamber 5. This is a long-shaped material coating device in which a paint mist is spread, and an outlet for the falling paint is provided at the bottom of the scattering chamber 5 to guide it to a paint tank.

E. Effect Hereinafter, lip-shaped channel steel is used as the long material A,
The case where a rust preventive paint is applied to this will be explained. First, the channel steel is pretreated by removing oil and removing rust. In this way, when the channel steel is fed from the inlet 8 of the scattering chamber 5 to the air spray type paint spraying nozzle 10 as described later, the rust preventive paint, such as lead mixed with lead in a drying oil vehicle, is applied to the nozzle. Red paint gushes out. The sprayed paint hits the surface of the channel steel in the room and bounces off with the air, as shown in Figure 2, or hits the indoor wall or obstacle rod 18 and bounces off as shown in Figure 4. and disperse. The splashed particles further bounce off other objects, and the generated turbulence turns into paint mist, which fills the scattering chamber 5. In this state, the channel steel advances to the outlet, and the entire surface is sprayed with paint mist together with the paint that is directly sprayed, forming a uniform paint film on the surface of the channel steel. At this time, the excess paint mist becomes zero and flows to the bottom of the scattering chamber. Then, while flowing down, the paint is taken out one after another from the discharge port 14a and collected.

Example 1 Example 1 of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. A is a long profile member, in this case a lip-shaped channel steel. H-type steel or the like may also be used. Furthermore, the material is not limited to steel, but may also be wood or the like. 2 and 3 are painting booths 4
This is a conveyor for feeding long shaped materials installed before and after the
5 is provided in the paint booth 4 so as to be able to surround the long material A in a bag-like manner at the passing position of the long material A that enters from the entrance 6 of the paint booth 4 and exits from the exit 7, and is made as small as possible. In the paint scattering room,
It consists of a cylindrical chamber having an inlet 8 and an outlet 9 on the front and rear sides, respectively, through which elongated members can enter and exit after being removed, and the inner diameter of the chamber is small in order to effectively scatter the sprayed paint. Reference numeral 10 denotes an air-spray type paint spraying nozzle installed in the paint scattering chamber 5, which is fixed to a frame 11 inside the chamber, as shown in FIG. It is directed towards. 12 is an automatic coating machine that sends paint to the nozzle 10, and 13 is a paint tank. The lower end of the paint recovery pipe 14 descending from the outlet 14a at the bottom of the scattering chamber 5 is inserted into the upper part of the paint tank 13. 15
is an axial flow fan installed on the ceiling of the paint booth 4, which sends paint mist and thinner mist escaping from the inlet 8 and outlet 9 of the scattering chamber 5 to a duct (not shown) and exhausts it outdoors. This exhaust may be performed underground from below the booth 4.

Further, the nozzle 10 is not limited to an air spray type, but may be a high pressure airless spray type.

FIG. 3 shows the arrangement of paint spray nozzles in Example 2. In this case, the upper nozzle 10a
The paint sprayed from the horizontal nozzle 10b is sent to the scattering chamber 5.
The paint mist hits the inner wall of the long profile A and scatters into paint mist, which coats the outer surface of the long profile A. The lower two nozzles 10c once strike the obstruction rod 16 diagonally and scatter to form a spray. Apply paint mist to the inside surface of lip A.

Effects of the invention In the present invention, a small paint scattering chamber 5 that surrounds the long shaped material in a bag-like manner is provided in the coating booth 4. Therefore, paint mist is confined in the small paint scattering chamber 5 and is kept inside the coating booth 4. There is only a small amount of paint mist escaping from the entrances and exits 8, 9 of the long profile A. Therefore, there is almost no dangerous environmental pollution caused by exhausting a large amount of paint mist to the outside of the painting booth, and exhaust members such as filters are less likely to get dirty, which saves the trouble of cleaning the painting booth. Furthermore, since there is no need to increase the size of the paint booth and reduce the concentration of paint mist to prevent component contamination, the paint booth itself can be made smaller.
In addition, a paint spray nozzle was installed so that the paint sprayed on the walls of the scattering room or the objects in the same room would hit and bounce, and the sprayed paint would repeatedly collide and scatter in the small room, so a small amount of paint could be applied to the corners of the long material It is possible to generate paint mist that covers a wide range of areas, so the generation method is simple.
That is, the number of nozzles is small, and a good paint mist can be generated just by arranging the nozzles. Then, paint is sprayed inside the small chamber, and the paint that adheres to the interior first is washed away one after another by the later sprayed material and collects in the bottom as drops, making it easy to collect excess paint. It has the following advantages.
