るとともに、 該ガイド部２５，２５は、プレート本体１をケ
ース２に組付ける際に前記脚１５，１５をガイド
することによりプレート本体１全体を、前記遮熱
板１３側の係合部３０または係合受部３６が前記
ケース２側の係合受部３６または係合部３０に係
