[Problem to be solved by the invention] Lubricating oil is stored in the lower part of the transmission case, but the oil level in a static state is usually so high that the lower part of the transmission such as gears is submerged. Set accordingly. Therefore,
In the above-mentioned transmission case, which has a generally concave shape when viewed from the side, the oil level of the transmission case as a whole is set to the higher oil level of either the front or rear clutch case or differential case, and the lubricating oil level is set in the transmission case. There were downsides to excess storage, such as increased weight and increased rotational resistance of the transmission. An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned negative aspects by making it possible to store a necessary amount of lubricating oil even with the transmission case having the above-mentioned shape.

[Means for Solving the Problems] To achieve the above object, the present invention provides, in the transmission lubrication structure described at the beginning, an oil level in the clutch case part and the differential case part that is lower than the oil level in the front and rear positions of the transmission case part. A bulkhead is formed to raise the oil level in the transmission case, a lubricant suction port is provided in the transmission case, a lubricant return port is provided in both the clutch case and the differential case, and both bulkheads are provided with lubricant return ports in both the clutch case and the differential case. A characteristic feature is that a supply path is provided in each of the clutch case parts and the differential case part to enable the lubricating oil to be discharged to the transmission case part.

[Operation] In the characteristic structure described above, oil levels suitable for each of the clutch case section, transmission case section, and differential case section can be set individually by the partition walls provided at the front and rear inside the transmission case. It is now possible to set only the amount of lubricating oil that is required, eliminating the conventional inconveniences such as adding too much oil and the resulting increase in rotational resistance. By the way, it is desirable from the viewpoint of lubrication that the quality of the lubricating oil changes uniformly over time, without prematurely deteriorating just one part of the lubricating oil. When a partition wall is provided in the transmission case as described above, the flow of oil between the separated case chambers tends to deteriorate, resulting in an undesirable state of lubrication. The lubricating oil is supplied from the lower transmission case, such as when the lubricating oil is used as hydraulic oil for the hydraulic system attached to the aircraft, or when the lubricating oil in the transmission case is forcibly circulated by a pump to promote lubrication. The lubricating oil is sucked in and discharged to both the high-level clutch and defuse parts, and both the front and rear bulkheads are provided with supply passages through which the lubricating oil can flow to the transmission case, so that the lubrication of each case is improved. All the oil will circulate evenly, and the quality of the lubricating oil will change uniformly over time.

[Effect of the invention] Therefore, by installing a new partition wall with a devised lubricating oil circulation path, it is possible to reduce the amount of lubricating oil while maintaining a uniform change in lubricating oil quality over time, thereby reducing the amount of lubricating oil that has an adverse effect on the lubricating effect. We were able to reduce the amount of lubricating oil in the transmission case, which has a generally concave shape when viewed from the side.

Front and rear partition walls 21 and 22 are integrated with the transmission case M at the front and rear positions of the transmission case section 8 to make the oil level of the clutch case section 7 and the differential case section 9 higher than the oil level of the transmission case section 7. It is formed in As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the front and rear partition walls 2
1 and 22 each have a discharge port 23 (corresponding to supply path A) that determines the oil level of the stored lubricating oil, and a throttle port (corresponding to supply path A) for circulating the lubricating oil in the lower part of the front and rear case parts. ) 24 are formed. The aperture 24 in the front partition wall 21 has an upper part that is a bearing part of the main shaft (not shown),
The lower part is the bearing part of the front wheel drive shaft (not shown), and each uses a small amount of oil flowing back and forth from the seal part of the bearing. In addition, a lubricating oil suction port 25 is provided at the rear lower part of the transmission case portion 8, and a lubricating oil return portion 26 is provided in both the clutch case portion 7 and the differential case portion 9.
This is because the lubricating oil is also used as the hydraulic oil for hydraulic devices such as the power steering device and lift arm cylinder (not shown), and the lubricating oil is supplied from the suction port 25 by a hydraulic pump (not shown). The return oil after being sucked in and supplied to the power steering device and lift arm cylinder is returned to the mission case M from the front and rear return sections 26, 26 (the front return section corresponds to the main clutch 10 to which lubricating oil is supplied). It has a structure that allows The amount of oil passing through the throttle port 24 per unit time is set to a very small amount, and while the engine E is started and the hydraulic pump is operating, the oil level in the clutch case portion 7 and the differential case portion 9 is exhausted. The oil level is maintained at the outlet 23.
