PRIOR ART Conventional grounding devices for shielding and sheathing of terminal parts include those in which a bare copper wire is wound around the shielding sheath and an external lead wire is soldered thereto. In addition, there is a "cable terminal section" disclosed in Utility Model Publication No. 47-35519 that eliminates the soldering work, and has a grounding conductor on the inner surface of a flexible synthetic resin cylindrical body that is integrally molded with the stress cone. A configuration has been proposed in which the ground wire is buried so as to be integrally exposed and the exposed portion is brought into contact with a clamp that is electrically connected to the shielding sheath, thereby leading out the ground wire.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Soldering the bare copper wires described above is not an easy method, as it requires cleaning of the soldering surface and the skill of the worker. In addition, the method using a clamp requires molding with a part of the grounding conductor exposed when manufacturing the resin cylindrical body, and also requires the use of a grounding clamp, conductor, and other parts for mutual contact with the shielding coating. Since the number of contacts increases and the number of contact points increases, there is a problem that poor contact is likely to occur.

Similarly, with regard to devices for interconnecting the shielding coverings of the grounding section, methods of soldering bare copper wires or methods of connecting via clamps have been used, but as mentioned above, the same problems as with terminal section processing have been used. It was hot.

FIG. 4 shows a sectional view of a main part of the electrical connection component of the present invention used in a cable connection part, and FIGS. 5 and 6 are sectional views showing steps in cable connection processing. Prefabricated type in which cable insertion holes 11, 11' at both ends are provided with extraction holes 7, 7' for external lead-out conductors 1, 1', and recesses 8, 8' for positioning drum-shaped bodies 2, 2'. Connecting members 2 and 2' are built into the connection processing member 10 in the same manner as in the case of the prefabricated end processing member, and the lead-out conductors 1 and 1' are electrically connected to each other. As a result, a prefabricated connection processing member incorporating the connection component of the present invention can be prepared. Next, the cable conductor 12, the cable insulator sheath 6, the shielding sheath 5, and the exposed cable 4 are inserted into the cable insertion hole 11 through the cable insertion hole 11, passed through the prefabricated connection processing member 10, and then passed through the cable insertion hole 11' at the other end. (See Figure 5). Furthermore, the cable conductors 12 and 12' of the cable 4 and the cable 4' are conductor-connected using a coupling member 13, etc., and the necessary insulation treatment is performed (see Figure 6). 10 is moved to the center of the cable connection, the shielding sheathing 5,
5' comes into contact with the drums 2, 2', and the interconnection process of the shielding sheathing of the connection is completed.

FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a main part of the electrical connection component of the present invention, which incorporates a conductive elastic drum-shaped body having a threaded external lead-out conductor. Since the external drawer conductor 1 fixed to the drum-shaped body 2 is threaded, the drum-shaped body 2 can be fixed to the above-mentioned member 16 using the washer 14 and the nut 15. When inserting the cable into the above-mentioned member containing the drum-shaped body, it not only prevents the drum-shaped body from shifting, but also provides a grounding wire of the desired length, making it easy to secure it with screws. It is versatile and convenient because it can be connected to. Furthermore, the end portion of the external lead-out conductor that is fixed to the drum-shaped body can use a screw processed into a trapezoidal structure that widens at the end, so the fixed area is larger compared to simply using a conductor as the external lead-out conductor. Easy to solder.

In this example, a plurality of grooves were provided in the drum-shaped body in order to easily process it into a drum-shaped body and to obtain elasticity for fitting the cable. A hole, cutout, etc. may be provided in a part of the body, and furthermore, if an elastic conductive plastic resin is used, a drum-shaped body can be formed without providing a groove, hole, cutout, etc.

Effects of the invention As described above, the electrical connection component of the cable shielding coating at the cable terminal or connection part of the present invention is used, which has a built-in conductive elastic drum-like body that is vertically symmetrical and is independent of the cable insertion direction. As a result, it is possible to handle many types of cables with different diameters, and simply by inserting a cable with an exposed shielding sheath into the electrical connection part of the cable shielding sheath of the present invention, it is possible to easily and reliably ground the cable shielding sheath or connect it to each other. The workability of the connection process can be greatly improved, and contact failures can be avoided. Also, by using the number of parts and the drum-shaped body, the contact area with the cable shield can be increased while maintaining the spring strength. .
