ルムの出し入れ装置によつて所定の原稿フイルム
を待機カセツトから露光部内に引き入れ、この引
き入れた原稿フイルムを吸着昇降装置の吸引用バ
キユームパツドで保持し、吸着装置を下降せしめ
ることで原稿フイルムを真空定盤上に載置された
版材の上面感光層に重ね、スキージローラにて原
稿を版材上面に押し付けて密着し、この状態で上
方から露光を施し、版材上面の感光層に原稿フイ
ルムの画線部に対応して選択的に光を当て、ネガ
型の感光層にあつては光が当つた部分を硬化せし
め、更に露光が終了したならば、吸着昇降装置を
上昇させ、版材上面から原稿フイルムを引き離
し、前記出し入れ装置によつて再び元のカセツト
内に原稿フイルムを戻すようにしたものである。

がバキユームパツドから外れる不利がない。
