【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】  煎餅生地を載せた少なくとも1側面が
開口した複数枚の網カゴを、それぞれ開口面を同方向に
向け両側縁部を支持して複数段に積載した複数台のラッ
クを順次通過させながら煎餅生地を乾燥させるラック乾
燥機と、乾燥機を通過したラックを傾斜することにより
乾燥の終了した煎餅生地を各々の網カゴから落下させて
次工程に送る乾燥生地取り出し機と、煎餅生地を取り除
いた網カゴをラックから取り出し、この網カゴを一枚づ
つ分離して延機に供給する網カゴ取り出し・供給機と、
延機により作られる煎餅生地を載せた網カゴを上記空に
なったラックの各段に挿入する網カゴ挿入機と、さらに
乾燥の終了した煎餅生地を収納したラックをラック乾燥
機から乾燥生地取り出し機へ順次自動搬送する第1コン
ベアと、煎餅生地の取り除かれた網カゴを積載したラッ
クを乾燥生地取り出し機から網カゴ取り出し・供給機へ
順次自動搬送する第2コンベアと、ラックから取り出し
た網カゴを網カゴ取り出し・供給機から、延機を通すこ
とにより煎餅生地を載せた後網カゴ挿入機へ順次自動搬
送する第3コンベアと、空になったラックを網カゴ取り
出し・供給機から網カゴ挿入機へ順次自動搬送する第4
コンベアからなり、ラックを上記のように自動循環させ
ながら煎餅生地を乾燥させてこれを自動的に取り出すの
を繰り返すことを特徴とする自動循環網カゴ式乾燥装置
