In No. 108350, fuel with a relatively high boiling point is used to prevent explosive combustion in this type of equipment, and at the same time, after ignition, the fuel is self-preheated by the fuel vaporization combustion system in the burner pipe, and is safely and efficiently carried out. We proposed a handy-type snow melting or weeding burner that generates a jet flame.

However, since all of the above-mentioned methods heat the tip of the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe, the vaporization state deteriorates while reaching the ignition port located deep at the rear end of the fuel vaporizing pipe. The burner had to be filled with kerosene or solid fuel each time it was used, which caused problems such as the burner not being able to ignite quickly.

Then, the preheating material 13 is ignited with a match through the window hole 15, and when it burns for a while, the flame heats the conduit section 5a and the return conduit section 5c, which are the connecting parts of the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe 5 to the ignition port 6. From the fuel valve 3, there is a conduit section 5a, a fuel vaporizing flexible tube 5, a return conduit section 5c, this conduit section 5a which is the base connected to the ignition port 6, and a return conduit section 5c close to the ignition port 6.
The fuel remaining inside is vaporized, and the vaporized fuel is ejected from the ignition port 6, which is ignited by the flame of the preheating material 13, and a flame is injected. Then, the enlarged flame heats the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe 5 at the tip (front) and vaporizes the fuel in the spiral part 5b, and the flame is continuously injected. When the flame becomes smaller, the fuel valve 3 is opened. By feeding the fuel from the conduit portion 5a to the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe 5, the vaporizing action described above is performed, and the flame becomes larger and is injected.

Next, to explain the fuel operation of the bazooka-type burner described above, first, remove the fuel pressure pump 2 from the fuel tank 1, inject a predetermined amount of kerosene into the fuel tank 1, and then reinstall the pump 2. , press the handle 2a of the fuel pressurizing pump 2 two or three times to introduce an appropriate amount of air into the fuel tank 1 and pressurize the inside of the tank 1. At this time, if the pressure inside the tank 1 becomes too high, the safety valve 16 is activated and the pressure is automatically adjusted to an appropriate level.

Next, place the burner A on a flat ground, etc., push the rear part of the operating lever 9 downward to open the fuel valve 3 little by little, and let the kerosene in the fuel tank 1 flow from the fuel injection nozzle 4 through the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe 5. The kerosene is poured into the preheating material (asbestos) 13 in the preheating material storage chamber 12 through the ignition port 6, and once the kerosene has soaked into the preheating material 13, the operating lever 9 is released and the fuel valve 3 is closed. After that,
The preheating material 13 is ignited with a matchstick or the like, and when it burns for a while, the flame connects to the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe 5.
a. The return conduit section 5c is preheated and the kerosene remaining in the tube section is vaporized and ejected from the ignition port 6 to ignite and inject a flame, and the flame is injected forward from the ignition port 6. heats the spiral part 5b to vaporize the fuel remaining in the part and send it to the ignition port 6, and when the flame becomes small, the operating lever 9 is turned off.
is operated to open the fuel valve 3, and the pressurized kerosene in the fuel tank 1 is supplied to the ignition port 6 via the jet nozzle 4 and the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe 5. Since the supplied fuel is preheated by the flame in the fuel vaporization pipe 5 and the ignition port 6, the ejected kerosene is immediately vaporized, ignited at the ignition port 6, and completely combusted, producing a high-temperature combustion flame. The liquid is formed and ejected from the tip of the spiral portion 5b.

Moreover, since the preheating material is stored in the preheating material storage chamber formed in the cover cylinder in a recessed state when viewed from the inside of the cover cylinder and in a protruding state when viewed from the outside of the cover cylinder, it is fixed in a predetermined position without shifting. By holding the igniter in place and letting the fuel drip from the ignition port, the fuel can be reliably soaked in and the ignition work can be done quickly and reliably. This solves the inconvenience of carrying it separately.

In addition, since the preheating material storage chamber is formed by forming an opening in the peripheral wall of the cover cylinder and attaching a plate to close this opening, it can be easily installed in the cover cylinder of an existing bazooka-type burner. This is a bazooka-shaped burner with an extremely practical ignition device.

A fuel pressurizing pump is attached to the proximal end of the cylindrical fuel tank, and a fuel valve and a fuel injection nozzle are provided at the distal end.A cover cylinder is attached to the distal end of the fuel tank, and the fuel is injected into the cover cylinder. A conduit section connected to the jet nozzle is provided, and a spiral fuel vaporization flexible tube connected to this conduit section is provided at the tip of the cover tube with an injection path centered around the cover cylinder axis. The ignition port connected via the conduit section is placed above the conduit section and the injection direction is directed toward the tip side of the axial center of the cover cylinder, and the ignition port is located below the ignition port and is connected to the fuel vaporization port. An opening is formed in the peripheral wall of the cover cylinder at a position below the conduit section which is the connection base of the flexible pipe and the return conduit section closer to the ignition port than the fuel vaporizing flexible pipe, and the dish body 1 closes this opening.
1 is attached to form a preheating material storage chamber in a recessed state when viewed from inside the cover cylinder and a protruding state when viewed from outside the cover cylinder, and a preheating material is stored in this preheating material storage chamber. A bazooka-shaped burner with a window hole in the side wall that protrudes outward from the cover cylinder of the preheating material storage chamber.
