Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with printing paper prescribed in size and thickness by supplying character/figure data and printing position data to a printing control part and a movement control part on the basis of received printing data by a control part and moving a printer to a printing position to drive a print head. CONSTITUTION:The printing signal from the outside is received by a receiving part 2 to perform demodulation, level conversion or signal system conversion. Subsequently, character/figure data to be printed and printing position data are formed by a control part 3. The character/figure data is sent to a printing control part 4 to control a print head 5. The printing position data is sent to a movement control part 6 to control a longitudinally moving wheel 7 and a laterally moving wheel 8 to move a printer to a printing position.

データにもとづいて本装置を前記印刷ヘッドの位置位置
に移動させるべく前記縦方向移動用車輪および横方向移
動用車輪を制御する移動制御部とを備えて成ることを特
徴とする自走式プリンタ装置。
