。[Problem to be solved by the invention] In the above conventional method,
Since the separator is folded using the folding plate and the auxiliary folding plate,
There were variations in the bending dimensions due to the tension caused by the tension roller and friction with the electrode plates during stacking. In addition, since the bent part did not bend completely 180 degrees and was rounded, unless constant force was applied from above the stacked electrode plates, the electrode plates would lift upwards and the electrode plates would not sit stably. . In particular, small electrode plates had the problem that they could not be stacked because the plates would collapse on the way.

In the drawings, 1 is a folded plate that has a cavity inside and has a plurality of elongated holes communicating with the cavity bored in the contact surface with the separator, and a nozzle for vacuum piping is arranged in series with the cavity; A shaft 1a is provided on one side, and the separator 2 can be rotated around the shaft 1a, and the separator 2 can be folded in a zigzag motion in combination with a back and forth motion (left and right motion in the figure). Reference numeral 3 denotes an elevator, which descends so that the upper surface of the stacked electrode plate group 4 is at a constant height. Reference numeral 5 denotes a pusher, which holds the electrode plate 10 transferred onto the separator 2 so that it does not move when the bottom portion is wrapped around it. Reference numeral 6 denotes a folding cutter, which is used to preliminarily set folds on the folds of the separator 2 to make it easier to fold the separator 2 in a zigzag manner. Reference numeral 7 denotes a cutter which makes a cut in advance at the end of the separator 2 when the stacking of the electrode plates is completed, making it easier to push and cut the separator 2 with the pusher 5. Reference numeral 8 denotes a pedestal when the fold cutter 6 and cut cutter 7 make folds, and the separator 2 passes through the upper surface thereof. A pair of rollers 9 feed the separator 2 to the elevator 3 side.

In order to stack one more electrode plate 10 on the upper surface of the electrode plate group 4 in FIG. 1, one electrode plate 10 is placed on the upper surface of the separator of the electrode plate group 4 as shown in FIG. 3, lower the crease cutter 6 onto the upper surface of the holder 8 to form a crease at a predetermined position on the separator 2, and fix the separator 2 between the crease cutter 6 and the holder 8 so that it does not shift. Then, the folding plate 1 is moved back as shown in FIG. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the folding plate 1 is rotated 90 degrees around the axis 1a, advanced toward the electrode plate group 4, and rotated 90 degrees again as shown in FIG. At the same time, while lowering the elevator 3 by the thickness of the electrode plate 10, the pusher 5 is lowered to come into contact with the upper surface of the electrode plate 10 and hold the electrode plate group 4. Next, fold plate 1 into 9 parts as shown in Figure 7.
After rotating 0 degrees, pusher 5 is raised as shown in FIG. After that, when folding plate 1 is rotated 90 degrees again, Figure 1
One electrode plate 10 is stacked on the electrode plate group 4. By repeating the above operations, a predetermined number of electrode plates and separators 2 are stacked to complete the electrode plate group.

3, the fold cutter 7 is lowered at the same time as the fold cutter 6 in FIG. When the state is reached, the pusher 5 is lowered to push the cut portion completely. Moreover, only when the separator 2 starts folding and after cutting, the separator 2 is adsorbed onto the folding plate 1 so that the separator 2 can be moved onto the elevator 3.
