PURPOSE:To automate fixing, separating of a multilayer printed board by reference pins by calculating a feeding amount of a table in response to a detection pulse of a pulse detector attached to a feed threaded shaft. CONSTITUTION:Guide holes 30A, 30B of a multilayer printed board 1 are engaged with guide pins 9A, 9B telescopically protruding from a placing surface of a table 7. A threaded shaft 25 is rotated by a handle 28 or a motor to move the pin 9B in a direction C, thereby regulating an interval of the pins 9A, 9B. A pulse detector 27 made of a rotary encoder is provided at an end of a bearing 40 of the shaft 25 to generate pulses of the number corresponding to a rotating amount of the shaft 25, i.e., a moving amount of the pin. The generated pulses are calculated by a calculator, and converted to a drive command value to a feed motor 10 of the table 7, and hence the board can be fixed, separated merely by pressing a start button to match the pin to the board.
