CONSTITUTION:Air is blown from an air blow hole formed in an air feed pipe 6 of a delivery device 3 and at the same time a guide roller 15 is loosened so that a space for insertion of a porous buffer material W is formed inside a low density polyethylene film stretched between a film end gripping bar 17 of a film winding device 16 and a film drawing out bar 18 under air pressure.
