At the upper and side edges of the holding plate 4 that receives the porous cushioning material W of the delivery device 3, an air supply pipe 6 having a large number of air ejection holes 5 therethrough is provided. When sending out to the welding zone H, air is ejected from the air ejection holes 5 to form a space S into which the low density polyethylene film F stretched vertically is impregnated and into which the porous cushioning material W is inserted.

First, the porous cushioning material W stacked in multiple stages and continuously fed by the conveyor 1 is separated into one by the separating device 2.
Only the blocks are separated and sent to the sending device 3. When delivering one block of porous buffer material W fed into the delivery device 3 to the welding zone H, air is ejected from the air jet hole 5 formed in the air supply pipe 6 of the delivery device 3. If the guide roller 15 is loosened at the same time as this air is blown, the porous cushioning material can be applied to the low-density polyethylene film F stretched vertically between the film end gripping bar 17 and the film pull-out bar 18 of the film winding device 16. A space for fitting W is formed by wind pressure.

When the welding zone H is reached, the delivery device 3 is moved back and the porous buffer material W is placed in the welding zone H. After loading, the feeding device 3 is moved backward, and when the backward movement is completed, the film pull-out bar 18 grips the film F and descends to sandwich the film F between the film gripping bar 17 and weld and cut the ends of the film.

である。Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above description, the present invention involves blowing air onto low-density polyethylene films stretched above and below to form a space for inserting a porous cushioning material. This prevents the thin and easily torn low-density polyethylene film from getting caught and damaged by the edges of the porous cushioning material, the edges of the delivery device, or protrusions when wrapping the packaged products, thereby preventing defective products from being damaged. This can be effectively prevented and the yield can be increased. Therefore, the present invention provides an extremely significant contribution to the industry as a packaging method using low density polyethylene film.
